My woman helped someone to secure a job at her workplace two years ago. She didn't collect any kobo from her. Today she has practically turned against her cos she feels she knows everything, even my woman customers introduced to her so as to help her stand on her feet easily, she has left to establish her own . This was a girl that was practically begging her before. BETRAYERS and backstabbers have made people to think extreme when dealing with people this days

If your response is negative, it means you are currently earning more than 40k monthly.
Meanwhile I don't think the man is wicked. I know of someone who takes your full 3 months salary for finding you a job. Na normal hustle. Also know that There are people that will gladly take that job with 6 month 50% cut.

Standard HR and recruiting companies won't charge you for the service Sir, they will charge the employer. Their contract is to bring resourceful people (yourself) for the company at a fee that would be paid by the employer.
Your contract will not say your HR company will debit you for this service.

They are job agents. Well, I advise the OP to always weigh his options logically and then do what he feels is okay with him. Whatever decision he makes, he will be the one to bear the consequences.

If the job is sure look for 160k and give to him since half of d salary for 4 months is 160k than signing agreement that has other things

op... well just see it as you got a job of 40k for four months and it's going to be increases to 80k after 4 months.plan your expenses around that 40k for the first 4 months. then you can readjust later.And moreover since you could get tips,you can add that to the 40k.

Don't negotiate a dime with him. Who is he? If you work away, God will provide you a better offer. If he had not demanded for anything, I would have advised you buy something reasonable for him or give him part of your first salary as a token of appreciation. Once knew a man that assisted some guys to secure jobs of seven figures per month abroad free of charge. Visa , flight tickets all free. The thank you he received from them after resuming the job was insults and blackmail. I dont blame the guy asking for written agreement. Some Naija guys dont deserve help.

If Mr Richard said pay me #160,000k one time payment and I give you a #80,000k job, will you call him wicked or look for the money ?
Instead he said pay me monthly installment and you are here calling him wicked.
