Check your mattress, bedsheets ,duvet or cover clothes, one or more of those could have a strand of rigid fiberglass, plastic or even metal wire strand or something like that that scratches your skin when you shift position in your sleep. You have nothing to worry about.

Note, you may not have the ability to pray for the whole night therefore segment it into three viz praise, Bible reading and prayers.
