Natural and Physical Science Professionals nec

Applicants should include a cover letter that justifies the rationale for choosing an nec category. Does anyone have an idea of how to write this cover letter so one could nominate himself in the occupation category listed above? I am a Material scientist with 5years of working experience.
There is no standard format.
It just for you to highlight your experience and detail why you are choosing this occupation. A one page letter is fine

Good day people. Please I need an assistance on my wife’s PR application. She’s already onshore on a students visa and wants to apply for a PR visa ASAP. She has BSc in Microbiology and wants to assess as a Quality Assurance Manager as she worked in that capacity in Nigeria before she left.
So I want to ask if Vetassess will give her a positive assessment on that skill with a microbiology degree.

Thanks

Glad to see you making moves as you told me.
It is time to go for PhD. I got one university in Mobile after I checked very well again, but the tuition is killing. I will need your advice on this one. I have a plan, but I am not sure if it is a good one. I think you can advise me better. Really, I need your counsel to make up my mind. I can't move past it for over 2 weeks I have been struggling if I should go for it or not. I have this week to decide and send my application. Please, when are free? I need this.

Quality Assurance Manager is a broad profession. So, any
Science-based discipline can fit. The most important factor for a positive outcome from Vetasses is the job description and the organogram indicating the position for the applicant.

Good morning, please have you been able to request for your transcript if yes, how did you go about it, also ACS? I also graduated from oou....computer science.

Quality assurance is a level 1 occupation.
AQF level is also important asides from the job descriptions and organogram especially with level 1 occupations.
Which university did you wife graduate from? And was it a 4 or 5 year course?

You seem to have a good profile. Hopefully you are able to get 8 in IELTS...that’s a huge feat to achieve which is why most go for PTE.
Recheck your scoring, the difference between 189 and 491 is 15 points not 10 points.
The assessing process and cost for Electrical engineer are available on the EA website.
Technician occupations also have availability than the main engineering roles. You may also want to consider Electrical engineering technician assessed by TRA.

@tunlex and other gurus in the house.

Please I need to really understand it.art administrator is a tier 1 occupation which needs a AQF level equivalent qualification but it's also stated that 5 or more years in the skilled occupation can substitute for AQF.
Does it mean if I have more years in the needed occupation without AQF .I'll have positive assessment?

Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Akeabasi: 5:35pm On Mar 15, 2021
Please those that had pass through Vetassess and had similar experience.please help.i have attached a screenshot of their information sheet.

Please anyone that understands what they mean especially number 3 and 4 should please explain to me.

Thanks in anticipation

"Most occupation in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO skill level 1)"

This was what I saw then they updated it February this year to the one I attached above.
Please gurus ,I need your assistance

It was a 4 year course from IMSU. However, she intends adding her Masters in Public health which she completed in Australia.

Yes, I was able to process my transcript, I applied online.
However there was a mistake in the transcript, I am waiting for them to fix the error, though they replied they are on strike and will fix as soon as they resume.

How long did it take for it to be ready, did you include reference number from ACS when submitting?
Also how about ACS, please can you guide me on how you wrote your reference letter.

Having an AQF Bachelor’s degree is important. If you don’t have that, I’d advise you don’t go for a level 1 occupation. Vetassess in recent times does not deduct 5 years anymore from applicant’s years of experience

If the occupation you select is related to your experience and qualification and you have a positive assessment, you may be eligible for PR or 491 visa.
You didn’t state the occupation you have experience in and the one you are nominating

Even if she add her MSc, Vetassess only considers experience after qualification.

Does she have any experience in Quality assurance after her Masters?

You only stated your highest degree not your experience nor the years you graduated for the degrees
Web developer is a level 1 occupation assessed by ACS. It’s only available for 190 and 491.
Read about those two visa subclass as well.
At the moment, getting a 189 for offshore applicants is far-fetched though still reachable however other visa subsclass like the 491 can also get you in.
