Imagine if someone was eliminated for not following instructions.. You can't know more than the people that asked you to rename your documents that way..

All what you guys are experiencing, the first batch experinced it and after a while it was sorted out..

Don't make decisions for them, do what you were asked to do and submit

They will sort it out and after a while you will start seeing your documents in your profile

Mowin: Wiat ooo, was it not here that people authoritatively stated that salaries will not be paid for those periods we were waiting for our posting.. Now the ****** have come again to deceive people concerning the amount that will be paid as salary. It is clearly stated on the APL what will be paid monthly.. that is basic. When allowances and overtime r added, surely, the take home pay will increase drastically. So where r all these spurious analysis coming from? @ emmysam2.. I think u r very right on ur position.

Talk Is Cheap: The money paid was for Oct n Nov and some training allowance added to make it 127k. We don't know how much it is per month. But hopefully wen d new salary structure starts by nxt year we will all be smiling by Gods grace

felo2470: It not all Hq guyz that was given posting letter.they only call some and madam told those dat went wit curiousity today that those that r nt call that r Hq shud hang around they call them soon.but for the training that guy is talking abt, that is out of point and miss information...those that r nt hq just chill everybody will get their posting letter...make ona no rush ona salary don dey count....bc all apl carry d same date

karaduwa01: The Standard Procedure is to give someone his Appointment first then he writes an acceptance letter indicating that he has accepted the offer. That means you now have a legally binding agreement. This the way it is done in government and in private sector all over the world, in most cases like in banks you get your training on the job.
When i started working in the banking industry i was on the job for 3 months before going to training school, some of my colleagues that i trained with had been in the job for 2 years before training. The only instance where you see people getting trained before getting appointment is where the recruiting organization intends to further whittle down the numbers, its as simple as that.

tontons: nimc shud com straight n address, 4 christ goodness sake we ar in d 21st digital century nt analogue or stone age. Nimc ar suppose 2 b d fore runners of digital system in nigeria,instead dey settle so 2 b hav communication, publicity n networkin problem of handlin simple applicant issue, den hw cn dey handle d entire nigeria society.

NOW INDUCTION IS OVER BUT I KNOW MY GOD WILL FIND A WAY. HE WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME WILL COMPLETE IT IN JESUS NAME. AS GOD GRANTS JOURNEY MERCIES I WILL BE IN HQ MONDAY MORNING.
