Barcelona2021:
I doubt if Norwegian fans are giving Erling Braut Haaland a 1/10 of hype Victor Oshimen has been getting on this very thread.

one user even said the iconic super eagles are lucky to have him, how? what has he done ? I mean for both clubs and countryhuh?

that boy playing for Lorient as should be our number 1 striker, then Onoachu and Awoniyi in that pecking order....

if he's not on goal drought, then it would be red card or injury,,,,,, it's a matter of time before Napoli consider his transfer a bad deal and find a replacement... .

the truth is bitter.
Osimhen was joint highest scorer during AFCON qualifiers with Patson Daka (5 goals each).

Awoniyi will most likely be called up for the next international break. There's no way Rohr will just gloss over this fine form.

Good to see. Just recently, he was getting lambasted on reddit. I predict a decent performance from him this upcoming international break.

I've been looking at the boxscores for the D'Tigers and notice they give up huge leads. I know a win is all that matters but at least they should hold on to such leads.

See what a squad should always look like below;
Ivory Coast always teeming with talents, yet they fail to deliver. They completely blew it with their Golden generation in 2010 and 2014.

Cape Verde is a very good side. With this team list, Nigeria stands no chance on a poor synthetic pitch in a very windy stadium in Cape verde. They are gaint killers. They once defeated Portugal with the Ronaldo of this world. Even second team of Cameroon that Rohr could not defeat had their first team losing by 3 goals. You will surely be humbled very soon bro.
That match did not have Ronaldo. But they're still a challenging side nonetheless

The list grin grin
Same old story.

Nothing new
I expected this. Rohr said that he was not interested in inviting new faces and instead wanted to work on improving the chemistry of the team. Don't expect any new faces for our subsequent FIFA international breaks. If you're wondering about the roster that'll prosecute the last round of World Cup qualifiers, you're looking at it.

Na wao, if not for lack of money in the league, we shouldn't be losing our best legs in the league to certain foreign clubsides.
The players get better pay and are a step closer to the top leagues in Europe. They also have an opportunity at citizenship, residence, etc. The NPFL clubs in return get money and the NFF gets a fraction of that.

Win-win situation for everyone involved.

Olisa Ndah---> Orlando Pirates

Sunday Adetunji---> FC Shukupi (Macedonia)

Godwin Aguda ---> FF Falkensberg (Sweden)

Three NPFL players offloaded to foreign clubs this week. 6 more rumored foreign transfers to occur this month.

Attached is a pic of what a VAR room and a locker room should look like.

No offense, I might sound really sarcastic and annoying now, but try to understand my point. That entire stadium looks very distasteful to me. I wonder why we don't know how to give proper furnishing to stadiums in Nigeria. The last stadium the eagles used in Benin had so many weird colours and looked like a playground. The grass is poor, the second image is over enhanced. The locker room looks like something designed with cardboard paper. I can't even understand the shape. Is it that our standards of beauty, furnishing, architecture in Nigeria is low or what?

Also the VAR room looks incomplete and we can't call it one yet, till we see the VAR camera systems. VAR is not just a gathering of Smart TVs and Computers.

We can do better. Standard stadiums are built in the west at cheaper cost, they look far better than this.
Understood. It is a small scale stadium for a small club so I held it to a much lower standard. If it were an international stadium and meant to host international matches, then it would deserve whatever harsh criticism comes it's way.

Low budget VAR.

The stadium is okay but not different in quality from what we have everywhere.
Low budget? Seems good enough to me
