Issue is, A Quantity Surveyor is the only certified professional that can give you all the information you requires as per Building/Construction cost.

People asking for a quick estimate online without properly presenting your well dimensioned drawings will only get guess figures.


In local construction, after getting an estimate from your Bricklayer or Maybe contractor, it is very advisable you get a proper estimate from a QS without the knowledge of the bricklayer/Contractor. The document will always be a guide for you and you'll use that to monitor your expenses.


I'll advise you to get in contact with a knowledgeable and TRUSTED building professional to monitor your project. It pays on the long run.
