3. At the national level, elections will not solve the issues of Nigeria, no matter who is elected. The problem of Nigeria is in the foundations and not in elections. It is the foundation that gives rise to bad elections and bad leadership. Those who rejoiced 8 years ago when Buhari was elected are today buying a bag rice for 5 times the price, along with those who did not rejoice for Buhari. Those who rejoice at the election of Tinubu will also buy Rice at the same price as everyone, 4 years from now. So no matter who gets elected, we all suffer or enjoy equally.

In summary, never put your faith in Nigerian politics, it has not helped anybody who did.

The first question is if the INEC guidelines for the process for transmitting results were followed. The failure of comparing IREV with paper EC8A during collation violates this guideline. This led to the protest by PDP and LP agent. This issue was not addressed before calling the winner even though the INEC chairman promised to do so.

The second question is if all the results displayed on the IREV tally with the EC8A CTCs and if the disparities are substantial. It is clear that substantially the results do not tally.

These grounds are enough to cancel the elections and order a rerun.

The only other possibility is to do a recount.

You argue blindly.. Guidelines is inec and inec is guideline so says the law.. I dont know how you plan to upturn it when inec says the decide to do otherwise and gave reason which is backed by law..
