For those asking what's so special about Abuja.

Abuja is special for 2 reasons:

1) It is the Federal Capital Territory, ie the seat of power

2) The president is it's governor.

Thus, the constitution is clear that you must have at least 25% of the votes in Abuja. This shows acceptance by the people you intend to govern.

If president is there governor, they should have a house of Assembly to make laws. If the governor should be accepted by the people he tend to govern, how come the people dont even get to vote who makes their laws(National Assembly and House of representatives) ? The rest of the 36 states decides who makes their laws (National Assembly) and governor not the other way round, you get it now.. So they cannot hold the decision of the rest 36 to install a president to ransom that ahain shows you that your 25% in any way yoi look at it is against the spirit of the constitution.. Yhe constitution is prpposing democracy with spread and 25% etc suddenly the same constitution cannot suddenly become tyrannical and say abuja can hold the rest of the 36 states hostage.. Monority over majority.. No way..
