You seem to be confusing who a GA (Graduate Assistant) is. You can be a TA (Teaching Assistant), RA (Research Assistant) or AA (Administrative Assistant). They are all forms of GAs.
I'm not sure you can get any combination of the 3. If you have a GA with deficiet, you show a SOA, to cover the remainder of your COA.
