Is it bad to cross your legs in church?

I'm a catholic,I noticed each time I cross my legs in church which I do unconsciously, the wardens always tell me to drop them... Was in church with my mum today and she told me the same,I asked her why and she said I was in the presence of God, that I know but could it be that bad
I obviously know that but for christsake I'm not sitting in front neither is my dress short

I have observed that most Catholics believe that Jesus was actually referring to them in the passages I quoted above.

I want to know your views on this because most Catholics believe they are the one true Church and other Churches are hell bound. I'm not a Church goer and personally do not believe that going to Church is necessary or compulsory for salvation, but I'd still like to know your views on this!

Okontami: I will want to conclude that most relationship have no values added. Since there is no body that can constructively state just 3 values they are adding to their partners. Most relationships is money for pus.sie. Its so unfortunate that most people are parasites, low lives, who see their partners as a means to an end. The Focus is " give me money", "pay my bills", "take me out", "let's go clubbing", " my school fees", "my house rent", "my siblings need doe", "my mum is sick", "let's go on a holiday", "buy me the latest accessories and gadgets" and in return all that can be paid back is with sex. We need to watch it. Naija people, we must not continue this way. Its so pathetic, shameful, and disheartening.

Logicboy03: Why? This is now becoming a new phenomena! Almost every month, some poor child who stops going to church or stops believing in God gets kicked out and we see it on facebook or reddit or other social networks.


Isnt punishment enough? You have to throw the child on the streets to become a homeless vagabond? urthermore, I hve seen many teenagers get into trouble from stealing, bullying and drug abuse, yet not going to church or stopping to believe in religion is now the thing to get kicked out and disowned for.
