Nonsense bank. My 50k still hanging with them

Sanlam insurance auto debit my bank account with a falsified signature...

The mandate presented to first bank for the auto debit of 50k was a falsified form with a signature not even close to my bank signature..

First bank allowed the auto debit while certifying that the signature matched the one in my bank account.

At first, fistbank says they won't interfere with whatever pertain to insurance and it customer. But after showing them the error in the mandate presented by the insurance they replied 'we will investigate the matter".

First bank didn't check the signature in the mandate (falsified signature) before allowing an auto debit.

Money is safer with opay..

*** yes, I do have a policy with the insurance company. A flexible policy with withdrawal anytime but it was all a lie.

** Durning the course of registration the sales rep requested for an account number for withdrawal whenever I want. As the insurance company will only pay to the account filled in the registration form.


*** But I didn't fill any form for auto debit.


I'm waiting for the 2weeks investigation rule by cbn before proceeding to the next stage.
