Dear NLanders, I humbly use this medium to ask for your inputs on how someone can build a successful career in sales with no prior knowledge of sales and irrespective of the product being sold.
Thanks!
RomanceRe: Man Pressing His Manhood On A Lady's Backside While Waiting For Bus In Lagos by Preciousseed(m): 7:27am On May 18, 2017
After someone will tell me that indecent dressing is the reason for rape or molestation. now tell me what is indecent in this girl's dressing? such a modest girl on skirt and blouse... the kind of women dressing I admire and respect a lot! This guy is simply a pervert with pervert mind. Maybe he lusted after the girl. He could have changed position or put a call across to someone. Something that will just take his mind off the lady!
PoliticsRe: Osinbajo Tweets About Acting President / Coordinating President Controversy by Preciousseed(m): 11:01am On May 10, 2017
I seriously blame the senator who raised this in the first place. I can't remember the last time this senator sponsored a bill on the floor of the senate, look at his Abia state, even concerning the Igbo people as a whole, what has he done even for his senatorial district? It is a trivial issue like this that he is speaking up on. What sense does it even make to him? A letter or a constitution, which was duly cited, which on is superior?
Sighs....
PoliticsRe: Ibrahim Abubaka Lajada For Nigeria's President In 2019 (Photos) by Preciousseed(m): 3:35pm On May 09, 2017
Well, I like the courage he possess for even trying to lead his country as a youth. However, being young is not the only requirement. Going by what he wrote/promised, he didn't sound like someone with the technical know-how, better put, he didn't sound intelligent enough. I am fully convinced that some NLander can do better. In other words, he needs knowledge to lead. Not just dream without the "how" to work the talk.
CelebritiesRe: Adesua Etomi's Reaction After Her Engagement Announcement (Photos, Video) by Preciousseed(m): 5:05pm On May 05, 2017

And if you don't have money to open your own business nko? huh What next? huh
My dear, most times you don't need money to start a business. The first thing is to build a customer base, by creating awareness. When served in 2013, I sold mtn data. Will you believe that I never bought the data to resell? I just informed my friends that I sell data. when they place order, I will buy from my supply then send to the buyer. I make a margin of #300 for every 1gig bought. I didn't spend a dine. all I need do is for my WhatsApp to be active.
PoliticsRe: I May Not Vote PDP Presidential Candidate In 2019 – Governor Umahi by Preciousseed(m): 9:43am On Apr 19, 2017
Igbos are getting there. leaving sentiment and emotion and becoming rational. That is how it should have been.
To God be the glory.
CareerRe: How Do You Feel When Sales Sail Southwards? by Preciousseed(m): 9:13am On Apr 19, 2017
This is a real life situation honestly speaking, from personal experience. Sometimes I feel like quitting but on the other hand when I consider that quitters don't win and winners don't quit, I just hold on and keep being positive.

I just hope that seasoned sales people here will make a possible and feasible suggestions on this topic.
HealthRe: Epidemic Looms In Abia As Refuse Dumps Take Over Umuahia Amidst Public Outcry by Preciousseed(m):
Africonji:
That is why I called pipo like Ifeanyi Uba a propagandist enemy of Abia. When last did Uba newspaper carry the news about fake drugs in Onitsha, or bad roads in Nnewi? This attempt to always paint Abia state in a bad light has to stop immediately. OVI is trying to position the state for greatness but he is not a magician. He is already fixing Abia state and needs encouragement not blackmailing by enemies of progress.
With people like you who settle for below mediocrity, Abia will keep degenerating.
Let me state that I am from Abia State. Can you tell us what and what Ikpeazu is doing towards bettering Abia state. Now Ngwas has got the governor they've been clamouring for. yet he can't make any difference. It is just pitiable.
Going to Aba from Umuahia, refuse dump has taken over a whole section of the PH-Enugu expressway, between ubakala and Ntigha junction. What are we even talking about?
The road projects he initiated in Aba, kindly tell us anyone that has been completed and commissioned. Is it Civil servants, is he paying them? how about education, etc. please let's not celebrate mediocrity.
Take a visit to Enugu, Anambra and see states that are working. But does he receive federal allocation? yes. How about IGR from Ariaria, Abia ohoro, Cemetary market, etc. Please Okezie should seat up ooo.
