Politics / Re: Seyi Makinde Scraps School Fees, Donates Salary To Pensioners by Preciousseed(m): 6:38am On May 30, 2019 |
natznext: Exactly my view. We should be able to analyze the impact of the 3k before and after it's introduction. Did it improve the standard of education, schools, or was the funds misused. If the introduction of it led to the 400,000 out of school children, then it should be ready MK over so as to get the children back to school. If the government could not pay minimum wage, but be able to run free basic education, then it is a good way to go. Human capital development remains the most important capital development any government can and should embark upon. 1 Like |
Travel / Re: Petrol Tanker Loses Control In Onitsha (Photos) by Preciousseed(m): 9:16pm On Apr 11, 2019 |
I was highly impressed by their swift response and professionalism in the containment. I used this spot today going to Asaba from Onitsha. Vehicles were reversing because of the impending danger. To my greatest surprise excitement, when I returned, the incident had been constrained and there was no fire outbreak talk more of casualty. Peter Obi was right when he said that Anambra is the light of the nation. By the way, Anymore state government should pay more attention to Onitsha. Especially in the area of road network. It is very critical at this point in time. Let them not wait for federal government any longer. Anambraisworking. 2 Likes |

Politics / Re: Collapse Of Bank PHB: Atiku Has Questions To Answer - Lai Mohammed by Preciousseed(m): 7:59am On Jan 19, 2019 |
I thought that the banking sector reformed placed N25B as the minimum for banks, how come meager N156m was able to sink a bank. |
Politics / Re: Stay In The Shop To Make Money Or Shut It Down To Pursue Thieves? by Preciousseed(m): 6:48pm On Dec 16, 2018 |
The question I will like to ask is this, what if the shop was not looted but was engulfed by fire? If you will close shop because of theft, what that means you will do more worse thing like suicide when engulfed by fire. Meanwhile, with proper strategy and planning, even a shop engulfed by fire can start all over again and grow, how much more one that was looted. I don't think closing shop to go after a thieve is a good business strategy. 1 Like |

Stallion93:Tell me any bank in Nigeria that doesn't charge those fees while it is only UBN that charges it, then I will close my UBN account. Else, don't call them names. It is banking system flaw, not peculiar to UBN. |

Union bank has drastically improved. I thought I was cheated when our LGI back then mandated our NYSC batch to open union bank account, else, no allowee for us. But today, I am enjoying the bank. UnionMobile app is classic and personalised. Instant loan for sme. Many products to ease life in case of tomorrow. In summary, like the advert said, don't be uncle doubting Thomas! Give them a try and you will be amazed and the amazing service they currently render!! 3 Likes |

Crime / Re: How Pastor's Brother-In-Law Raped And Impregnated Teenage Girl In Abuja. Photos by Preciousseed(m): 7:14am On Apr 03, 2018 |
This can be traced to watching pornography. Take it anywhere, this guy is addicted to watching porns. I guess after watching, he always has the urge to experiment with the closest female. How can you explain that this guy don't have a lover? Or is he not bold enough to talk to a mature girl about his sexual urges? |

Andy2274:I patiently read all the comments so far on this thread looking patiently for where @mrvitalis or @36STATES will refute or respond to this post I quoted, but they are avoiding it like a plague. That goes to show you that they know the truth but are blinded by tribalism. Yet someone like him will still accuse another person of tribalism. He even stated categorically that HE is happy with his people, telling you that it is about his and their selfish interest and not about the general interest of the catholic church or God. God have mercy on His church. 5 Likes |
Agriculture / Re: Palm Oil by Preciousseed(m): 7:12am On Mar 10, 2018 |
Moneyfem:This might not be unconnected to the recent body language of law makers on the importation palm oil. They are looking at closing the borders against importation of palm oil. As such, there is panic. This is obviously the impact of government policy. Secondly, a visit to the hinterlands to observe the production level of palm trees, availability of fruits, etc will reveal the reason to this more. In all, fingers are crossed. |

Moneyfem:Please let this not be your primary reason for going into this business so that you don't regret it or even blame others when things go south tomorrow. Your primary reason should be things like using it as a means of saving your money, a means of meeting needs, a means of preserving seasonal product etc. If the price rises in the course of time, then fine and good. 2017 was a good learning year for anyone that stored palm oil. |

Business To Business / Re: PALM OIL BUSINESS( Productions, Sales and Storage) by Preciousseed(m): 7:38pm On Feb 26, 2018 |
I think there might be an alteration in the palm oil calendar this year going by some obvious reasons such as the rains coming early and price being highly unstable. Fingers crossed. |
Romance / Re: My Fiancé Broke Up With Me Because I Refused Him Sex by Preciousseed(m): 10:37am On Dec 12, 2017 |
I see a lady that knows what she want but is desperate to be in a relationship out of low self esteem. My dear, you are better than this. Stick to your values. If you ask me, both guys is not worth holding you at ransom. Go about your normal life, except for the doctor. Eject him from your system because he is a toxic substance and contradicts your value. For the Canadian based guy, just maintain a friendly relationship with him while you keep your mind open as you are bound to meet other guys! 1 Like |
