I forgot my mat no in 400L during pharmacology exam. I tried several times to remember it but I couldn't. The lecturer just said idiot check your student Id card. When he saw the no of times I have cancealed the mat no I hv written and no space to even write the correct one. Tension is bad.

Bro you just brought back old memories. grin grin grin

It all happens during examination period. I remember reading Electric field theory for three days stretch with sleep deprivation.

On D-day i was super-saturated, supposedly with solutions to every manner of questions the examiner could fathom, and ready to start yelling "extra-sheet", "extra-sheet". The sitting position in our exam halls were always in two's. One person at both extremes of the bench, in pairs of Odd and Even numbers. Therefore since my matric number ended in 120, i always expected 118 to be directly infront of me. And 118(a lady) was unlike me who did things in a rush. She was always very meticulous and always played by the rules. Firstly, she writes her Name & Mat Number before opening the questions booklet and always makes it a duty upon herself to remind me to do same every time we were about to submit our answer scripts. So she was like a guardian angel to me.

I was always fond of attempting questions first then writing my name and mat number last due to over-confidence, and on D-day, the over-confidence level was not different. Unfortunately, the invigilator came up with a nuclear option in terms of seating arrangement. Unlike the previous arrangement where we enter in a single file and position ourselves systematically, He was just swinging people with the fling of his hand like he was orchestrating in an opera theatre. I just wanted to download my "cramming" onto the answer booklet and heave a sigh of relief so badly that i didn't realize that my '118' had disappeared from my 12 o'clock.

After numerous yells of "extra-sheet", i was satisfied with the thickness of my answer booklet. Then, i stood up to submit thirty minutes earlier.
As i left the exam hall to wait for my other "olodo" course-mates, my "118" came out twenty-five minutes after. Upon sighting me, the first words on her lips were "se o ko matric number re? - did you write your matric number?". Believe me i felt terror, cold, nausea, vertigo, light-headed, confused everything all at once. See me who finished first started rushing back to the exam hall when everybody was filing out with different expressions faces.

Now it was the turn of the invigilator. I tried explaining to him that it was a mistake but he insisted that he gave everyone five minutes to write down their details before the commencement of the exam. I didn't know when i started crying because the man was one Saddistic Teblik Alfa whose trouser never ever met his ankles. I cried because i imagined an automatic extra year despite all my extra-sheets. I begged this man for two whole hours but nothing(some people think they are god).

All scripts were usually taken to the Dean's office after the examination for collation before redistributing to the examiner and i knew this was my only chance. The Secretary to the dean was very familiar so i just explained everything to her and "settled" her small change. She gave me 15 minutes to enter the vault to search for my script which was very dangerous because she could lose her job and i could get rusticated. Omo as i entered, it was as if i was in a post-office with tonnes of bound papers. Time was not my friend this time because i was counting every second of the 15 minute in my brain while poring through the sea of answer papers.

To cut it short, i found my year and department and to my dismay, i found my script with my name and Mat No. written boldly. At first, i thought an angel must have done that but having looked closely again, i confirmed my handwriting.

I finished a 3-hour paper which started by 1pm in two and half hours but all my travails ended around 7pm. #MINDGAMES

It was in an examination hall. The invigilator yelled............. "five minutes more"!!!!

Come and see tension in English Language, I could not spell the common pronoun "IT" and was begging my friends to help but they all started laughing, They didn't know i was dead serious. It was a babe that helped me with it.

what are you on a bout, I used the cheapest VW 4 doors I could pull which is the VW golf, to the Camry which is meant to be your super cos you made mention of fuel efficiency, if you bothered to lok the carmy is 2,2, while the golf has a 1.6 Engine, so tell me how does a 2.2 litr Engine gets more mpg than a 1.6 ltr?.This school of thought belongs to those who think brands means fuel efficiency than Engine capacity. But then again if you aint auto fanatic you wont appreciate this simple ABC fact. You claimed there was no fair comparison so I brought a hatchback cos you was talkin sedan, and for me going all the way to research Oh plz, I have a broadband, it took my less than 1 minute to pull that info. its even voice activated.
And regards Tesla, you missed the point again.Im not talking of the Energy generated by the car within itself, Im talking of when you plug the car in to charge. The power comes from a power station which in turn generates its power via hydrocarbons.
Scientist have argued over the years that the true clean cars are those which would use anything that wont produce any carbon footprints ie Solar.
Check your link again you just posted, your toyota could only start from a 2 ltr Engine, the Gulf has a 1.5 ltre Engine,
here is one for sale https://www.motors.co.uk/car-50102733/?i=0&m=sscp can U beat that a 1.5 ltr Engine to a 2 ltr Engine, that camry which is likely to be an L4 Engine has a 0.4 more Engine displacement than the Golf.Give me a camry than can beat that then we can talk, just to add, they even have a 1.6TDI, Now can an camry beat that?

You keep defeating your argument. It has more displacement than the Golf, yet burns less fuel for a given mileage. Define Efficiency?

Dude give it a rest!!!!
Car Talk / Re: These Are Toyota Camry Facts You May Not Know – A Peek Into The Unknown by predatorX: 6:23pm On Aug 04, 2018
your talk is truly cheap so because i insisted you make a genuine comparison you inadvertently went to search for a Camry Hatchback. but Thank goodness you went through this route however odd the comparison is.
This is even the Sedan Base of the Camry ok, so learn.

2. http://carsort.com/compare/Toyota-Camry-vs-Volkswagen-Golf

The takeaway i got from all our discussion is that "ELECTRIC CARS HAVE GENERATORS WHICH INCREASE THE CARBON FOOTPRINT OF THE TESLA MODEL S"

let me make you look a lil bit silly, name any model of Toyota camry that is fuel efficient as the VW Golf plz.

And yet you ended up being the silly one by comparing a Hatchback to a Family size sedan.
When you want to do an unbiased comparison try to level the playing field. Fuel economy at the expense of comfort, a roomy cabin and cockpit, and a very wide trunk.

I totally see your silliness. Compare the Passat CC to the Camry OR the Touareg to a RAV4 OR the AMAROK to the Hilux while using the same indices then get back to me with your findings.

Hahahaha!!!! Rede ist silber, schweigen ist geld. Talk is silver but silence is Gold. From the bolded, i can only decode that you are just a car enthusiast.

You're the only one arguing with yourself on this. I already told you that Aesthetics and Hype, the Germans/Europeans got it but Economy and Efficiency, give it to the Japs. Similar scenario in history played out in World War 2. Compare the Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero fighter to any allied fighter plane and it won hands down until the Americans upgraded the V12 Rolls Royce Merlin by incorporating two turbochargers.

I wouldn't presume to lecture you on the electric car since you already believe it has a "CARBON FOOTPRINT" probably generated by a mechanical generator grin grin grin grin grin grin

Im sorry to say from what you just wrote, you have no clue of what the Auto Industry is all about. All those fancy Tech being displayed in todays Jap cars had been done like 10 years ago in the European cars. The Germans ar top when it comes to gear Box and transfer case. The Mercedes where the 1st to use fibre as their prop shaft. I can go on and on in technical but I am afraid you wont appreciate it.name one Camry with 100% fibre body. I know of the lightweight xteristics of Carbon-fibre, despite that, is the resultant weight lighter than the Camry?

As we speak the best Gear box and transfer case is the one we find in Jaguar/Rage rovers, who built it again? the Germans
CAMRY really? if You was talking about LEXUS which is meant to be an upgrade then lol but CAMRY oh plzzzzzz

Mention all the tech jargon all you like. In this current age of global warming and green house gases, We are all about better mileage on the gallon which is why Elon Musk's Tesla Brand is gaining more on share value. All what you just said here are aesthetics of the German car. Nothing of really signinficant value, except, like i originally said, bragging rights!!!

you are a fool and you will call yourself a graduate...you don't know that you cant give what you dont have..the problem of power in Nigeria is generation now distribution but your hate for the government always block your brain..if your enemy is doing fine and you cant congratulate him you just need to mute shikena

Shaaaaaaraaaaap dia!!!!

You know nothing about power with this assertion. Generation is very easy to fix with little technical know how. Just get the right Mechanical engineers to ensure that turbine bearings and alignment are always oiled and properly aligned respectively for optimal performance. At generating stations what you have is basically a collection of mechanics who just adjust turbine speeds, check gear ratio connected to the alternator, shikena. In Hydro-thermal or strictly gas-turbines they ensure that the boiler or heated gases attain superheated temperatures and prevent leaks(plumbing)

Transmission is where the Electrical troubles begin.
One, we are still using the same grid infrastructure of the 60's. I was a child when i learnt that the grid was centered in Osun State and over 30years, the Grid is still centralized in Osun State, talk about zero development.
Calculation of voltage drop to the last mile, the need for Step-up Xformers, High tension Sag coefficient and corresponding Pylon strength, cable strength test and newer cable routes planning and installation, Porcelain Insulation/breakdown strength and protective switch gear(lightning Arrestors, re-closers, CT and PT, surge protectors etc). All these are very expensive and our corrupt govt would never spend money to better the lot of the masses.

Distribution
This is where the corruption dwells. Private companies owned by cabals have refused to collect adequate generated MW from Gencos. They prefer estimated billing on consumers. As it Stands we have an installed Capacity of 7000MW but Usable capacity is still around 3000MW.
Reasons:
1.) Current Grid capacity built when Kainji Dam was supreme cannot accommodate 7000MW.
2.) A lot of losses due to an outdated distribution network means A Disco would not collect 2000MW from the GENCOs only for 1200MW to be lost or converted to heating of old cables, old transformers, blowing up of fuses, Welders and people like you tapping light from poles, arcing of 33/11KV lines everytime small rain falls etc.

So we do not hate the government. The government hates us but uses COWS like you to try to deceive us

Building an Aluminium/Steel smelting company without consulting from the Power Authority if the necessary power infrastructure to deliver the right amount of current(which could be close to a thousand Amps depending on the number of arc-furnaces present) to heat their furnace to 2900 degrees fahrenheit was in place was a stupid act.

No matter the Megawatts generated, Ajaokuta can never work until we begin to build newer 330/132KV transmission lines and upgrade the switch gears.

You have to fix transmission first before you start building Generators everywhere, but President Buhari is already behaving like the El Dullardo before him.
