Three years ago,I made that mistake of my life and let me advise nairalanders against this. This is my story( the man on phone was such a gentleman, well educated and his voice was to the point.This was after he dialled a wrong number thereafter we felt love for each other .We talked often and he became the last person to call before I slept and the first to call when I woke up.A day came when he was to come to my town for some errands and he was to stop over at ma place.He called and there I went to pick him and behold the man was quite opposite from what I had imagined.he was so emaciated,tall and very dark more so cos of the accumulated dirt on his skin I dint like what i saw.To hide ma shock i welcomed him to my room and when he removed the shoes I would have thrown him out.It was so smelly that i decided to wash his clothes had a nice bath plus favourite meal.I also made him some comfortable beddings since he had indicated to sleep over.In the morning he left but left behind the wet clothes against my advise.Since that time I refused to pick his calls and thats when I realised the guy was an emotional wreck.He sent me over fifty bad texts and made more calls just to make me burge and wanted to use the two clothes he left behind as an excuse to show up.It became a police case after he started threatening me and they put him out of my life.please people dont fall in love especially on phone

Doctor please help,Three months ago I started developing some swellings which increased in numbers weekly.They were on my bottom,the hind thighs,back of hands and legs save for my stomach,neck and face.Since they were not painful I ignored for over one month and by the time I was refered to the dermatologist the swellings had gotten infected and were so painful like boils especially the ones on my front thighs.The skin specialist confirmed it was PRURIGO and recommended tests i.e HIV,haemogram and blood sugar and the results showed no infection hence she prescribed topical antibiotic steroid and also advised I could just have antibiotic of which I popped a few and after some days the things started drying up but at a very slow rate,As of now they have left me with very black and pinkish marks but my fear is them reccuring.I would like to prevent such an infection unfortunatley no much information about prurigo on google.Kindly what can I eat or do to prevent a relapse cos I fear.For several weeks I dress in leggings and long sleeves to hide these stubborn marks and the skin specialist did not help me much

Poster thanks for the info and if you are a doctor or nutritionist you can help me where the dermatologist has failed.About two months ago I developed hard and soft swellings on my butt,back thighs and the back of my hands and legs.Actually they were painless and untill they got infected and converted into painful small swellings with pus then they multiplied almost covering my whole body except face and neck.I was refered to a dermatologist who confirmed it was PRURIGO whatever that is and suggested some tests like HIV,blood sugar and haemogram.the results came out and there was nothing abnormal and was told to buy an antibiotic steroid cream to apply but did not buy it.The swellings started to reduce but at a very slow rate after I popped some antibiotics and to date they have disappeared but left some black blemishes on my body.What foods can I eat for marks to vanish plus how can I prevent the relapse or how can i take care of my SKIN.Was it one sign to let me know that all was not bwell internally.I heve googled PRURIGO but no helpful info about it?PLEASE HELP
