5. If your son was the main applicant(student) and applying with the US passport, then he would not have needed to show evidence of POF, but in this regard, he has to show

Can I use same bank statement for wife and kids ? I was expected to provide 7m as my POF but I hv about 18m. Now that I got my visa the 18m covers for the remaining family members, can I reprint same statement to apply for them ?

I believe I can use my statement since am the main applicant or do I need to transfer money into my wife account since they will be applying separately?

I hv a son with US passport, should I apply with his US passport or Nigerian passport ?

Does my son with US passport need POF because it’s stated on UKVI website that citizens from certain listed countries do not need to provide POF as dependent?

Please I need help from past applicants with same issue as mine and your contributions will be highly appreciated.

Dear applicant,

Pls in order to be on the safe side, I will advise you leave the funds in your account until decision is made.

Some have removed b4 decision and still got visas while some were unfortunate.

Update - I just finished making a paid call to UKVI and the agent I spoke to collected my visa application and contact details. She was really surprised as she said she had not witnessed this before.
She said that she saw that a decision was made on the 2nd of August but she is unable to view the decision as it's 'private'. She told me that I should expect a feedback within the next 15 working days (ideally, she said it should come before then). I believe that it will end in praise!!!

UKVI has your certificates and a gap of over 15 years of course would raise an eyebrow. Compared to some one who graduated in 2020 and wants to go for his or her masters.

And Also my school just accepted my statement of Account I printed out for 1month plus and told me to proceed with my biometrics

My Question is

(2)should i keep on building up my transaction history and printout a recent statement Of account again before my biometrics

Or I should still use the 1Month plus statement of Account my school accepted to go for biometrics

Congratulations...this is a case study.i suggested this to someone but he said it's not possible...that one shouldnt pay for ihs and visa before your 28days POF clocks else it's automatic visa refusal.

I just got an admission for a master degree in the university of Stratfordshire...

The course starts on the 18th of October 2021.

The course is a part time...(2 years)

1) Please if I apply for a student visa in mid August (when my 28 days POF will expire) will I be able to get visa on or before 18th October 2021? If yes what will I do to fast track the process ?


2) Does the UK embassy approve Part time courses for Nigerians?

3) What are my chance of getting the visa?

Proof of English could either be WAEC/GCE or NECO. I am not sure it was about the proof of English.

But my Agent is requesting that I prepare a Sponsorship Letter stating that I am sponsoring my wife simply because I moved the funds from my account to hers.

Please what is the implication for this?

I applied for biometric and selected self service and after uploading all the documents I realised I have to wait for TB test.

My question is should I have to wait for the results of the TB test before completing the upload and submit or I can submit and later upload the test?
