Bellasparx: Na wa o. So that's how these NLNG people will just keep mute. I thought 'caring for others' was one of the core values. These guys are breaking hearts. The way they are delaying, do they plan to add another stage? They should be able to make a forecast based on the current situation and start making moves. Havent seen anything from 'sauces' for sometime, guess they're tired too. Hope they say something soon How would you feel if you were told that some people resumed recently? |

If they really want to portray how it used to be in Nigeria back then,,it shouldn't have been to this extent..
Not sexy sef..
But she must have breastfed 4kids or more,,this bosoms are too sagged for a lady who's yet to have kids... Angelina Jolie is 1 million times richer and better than those actresses you mentioned yet she exposed her boobs countless times. So, what are you saying? |

Ferdinandu: What business does the Government have in building retail outlets in which 80% of goods sold are all imported. The Shoprite shopping Malls remove money from small retailers and hand it over to South African Shoprite which is repatriated to South Africa and these during dundies called Governors are celebrating it as achievements We are castigating MTN and DSTV because they are South African company milking Nigeria
Now we want to hand over the common retail of basic goods in this country to SA and later we will start shouting up and down of exploitation.
Building retail outlets can't be measured as an achievement to any sane Government Oga, there is nothing like shoprite shopping mall. Shoprite only rented a space in the mall. When their rent expires, they either renew or get booted out. Does the rent also go to SA? So, as you can see, your argument is inherently flawed. |

dane15: My point: From most recruitment campaigns that I have seen for Managerial roles, they ask for 5 years + experience. Some people with @least 2 years experience when they applied would have become Managers by now. - Fact.
Your Point: Anybody can be a Manager. Think Big? What's the correlation between Point 1, "Think Big" and Point 2?
My response: Being a Manager of people requires a lot- technical intelligence, emotional intelligence and people skills not just anybody becomes one except in an "anyhow" organization and certainly not in any of the organizations where I have been.- Fact
Your response: "Apparently, you've been with substandard ones with lots of glass ceilings. No wonder you left." What's the correlation between my response and your judgmental response?
I am still trying to understand you my guy. If you have a degree in Critical Cynical Sadism don't try to apply it on us here. I just hope the HR guys here have not already fished you out because I am really struggling to match the ITEC with all the traits you have exhibited from Day 1.
Just make sure you do not slip, I beg you. You started well but ended up getting emotional again. I'm exercising a lot of restraint here, dude. Chill Back to issue, I said you should think big because you sounded like you were intimidated by the so called 'guys with plum jobs' at your AC. For example, if you were a Chevron or Mobil staff, would you be worried that someone from saipem, seplat or whatever is in the race with you? So, like I said, think big. As for the issue of 'managers', all those traits you mentioned are not hard to come by. Considering that more than two-third of AC candidates passed, you should know that quality traits abound. You probably should change your circle of friends. Anybody can be a manager, you just need that opportunity. |
