Back to issue, I said you should think big because you sounded like you were intimidated by the so called 'guys with plum jobs' at your AC. For example, if you were a Chevron or Mobil staff, would you be worried that someone from saipem,seplat or whatever is in the race with you? So, like I said, think big.

As for the issue of 'managers', all those traits you mentioned are not hard to come by. Considering that more than two-third of AC candidates passed, you should know that quality traits abound. You probably should change your circle of friends. Anybody can be a manager, you just need that opportunity.
