Omalicha nwanyi, we hear you. Peter Obi has all it takes to make Nigeria great again. We need the whole country to come together in unity and support the most astute manager of resources we have among the presidential hopefuls. Peter Obi for president of Nigeria. |
Ibrahim Alhassan wrote: Peter Obi is a good man, one of the best presidential materials. But the hard truth is, no South Easterner can win a presidential election in Nigeria without the support of Northern Nigeria. This is not a curse, it is a statistical fact. If the majority of the good Igbos out there and Peter Obi's campaign team wants him to win the election, lets them do the following, it is not going to be a rocket science: 1. Translate All Peter Obi's speeches into the north's two major indigenous languages; Hausa and Fulfulde . 2. Buy Radio airtime in major Radio stations in the North where Peter's translated speeches, interviews and his campaign menifestos will be played on a daily or weekly basis. 3. BBC Hausa and VOA Hausa are very vital. Get in touch with them to be granting regular interviews with powerful influential northerners to be appointed as Peter Obi's campaign Directors in the north. Engage other International radio stations such as Radio Deutch Welle (DW) and Radio Beijing with considerable number of Hausa and Fulfulde listenership. 4. Identify and engage popular Northern Nigeria Social Media influencers and bloggers like Northern Hibiscus, Hausa-Fulani, Kano Online, etc. 5. Create physical presence through liason offices in key Northern cities. These offices should be functional and be effectively engaging grassroot political formations from wards, to LGAs and states levels to propagate the message of a new Nigeria through Peter Obi. 6. A powerful Northern Nigerian Vice President should be selected from Kano, Kaduna or Katsina - the super 3 Ks in terms of number of eligible voters. 7. Create a Shadow Cabinet with Shadow Ministers.. A Shadow cabinet doesn't have executive power since they are only executive members of government in waiting. Distribute key Shadow Ministries to the 3 Ks. This will create a deep effect in the political conversation in the North. The Shadow Ministers will operate just like normal Ministers, they should be given official cars and their job will include to criticize the original Ministers in the current administration - offering a better alternative to the unsolved problems of the current cabinet. Shadow cabinets are powerful opposition tools. This alone could place Labour Party as the main opposition party displacing PDP which is almost on its way to the grave. 8. The North is Nigeria's most politically conscious region. We don't vote money, we vote interest. Protect Northern interest in Nigeria while ensuring a balance in the South. 9. Supporters of Peter Obi MUST TRY as much as possible to avoid getting into Social Media wars and confrontations with Northern Nigerians. Stop the subs.... Northerners are your partner in constructing the new Nigeria. I've always maintained that the North is not in enmity with the South. Some evil politicians created a fake division. Peter Obi must expose that division and seek to be a unifier. Supporters of Peter Obi must have at least 10 or more influential Northerners who are partners in the rescue Nigeria project. 10. Avoid religious misunderstandings. Respect each other's religious opinions. Religion should never be part of politics. It was some evil politicians that brings in religion into Nigeria politics for their personal selfish interests. 11. Protect northerners and their businesses in the south and vice versa. Extend friendly hands to make the south, especially SE a safe haven for northerners. As a Northerner who believed in justice, equity and fairness, and who is well informed about the good intentions of Mr Peter Obi, I'm convinced that when given the opportunity and with the right and selfless people in his government, we will see the birth of the new Nigeria we are all dreaming of. Let's give South East this opportunity, I will volunteer to be part of Peter Obi's team in the north. Peter Obi is smart, focused and one of the best presidential candidates. But would his campaign team and kinsmen agrees to and implement the above quick wins campaign strategies I outlined? Let's gets this message across many platforms until Peter Obi and his campaign team come across it!!!!. |

President Peter Obi ![]()
|
My office was in search of a video editor years ago. We advertized in the media and many people showed up for interview. It was a scarce venture at that time. Unfortunately none of the people who came for interview knew about 'After Effect' which was one of the major packages listed on the requirement tablet. We needed someone who was very competent and very conversant with all the packages. A week later, a teenager showed up. I thought he had come to make an enquiry but was shocked to hear that he came for the interview. "What interview?" I echoed with heightened curiosity. "Video editing," he responded without much emphasis. I thought he was joking. I asked how old he was and he said he was eighteen with a school cert as his qualification. I just felt he was a joker. In no time, he sat on the chair facing mine and exhumed his laptop from his bag. Minutes later, he was showing me what he knew on my desk in his computer. Soon, all the members of the management team stood listening to the boy as he lectured everyone of us on all the things he knew; and he knew more than we could imagine - more than everyone we had interviewed for the job. My boss asked how much he would take if we employed him and he said he would rather we negotiated with him on a contract basis. He dictated all the terms. He would come only three times a week. And he wanted to be paid two hundred and fifty thousand naira! My salary at that time was not up to half the amount he requested. It was an outrageous sum. We pleaded with him to come down a little but he was not willing to go down lower than that. He said he was already making over three hundred thousand naira monthly from the jobs he did for churches and pockets of other organizations. We needed him badly. We didn't want to let go. My boss called for a meeting immediately the boy left us. "How are we going to pay him?" he asked. I came up with an idea to salvage the situation. I suggested we advertize in the media that we would hold lectures for candidates who were interested in video editing and we could then raise money from the students to pay the young man. Again, our in-house computer gurus could also learn from the young man and take over from him in the event that he decided to go. My boss bought the idea and we immediately swung into action. We called the young man and told him of our plans. He didn't mind so long he would get his pay. He demanded we get a projector. He didn't mind that most of his students were going to be more educated and older than him because he trusted his abilities. We did radio jingles and our phones began to buzz incessantly. People were calling from every nook and cranny. The first set of students we admitted for the first week fetched us 1.8 million naira. The course was for three months. In six months, we had made over ten million naira from video editing students. Why am I telling this story? Because most of us have not yet realized that crude oil can't put food on our table as much as human capital development would. When we train one person, it has a ripple effect because many more people will gain from him or her. But when we ship a barrel of crude oil abroad, it does not come back again to us. This boy who turned things around for us at the office then did not come from Jupiter. He came from Anambra state. When we asked how he came to know all the things he knew, he revealed that the state governor had brought in computer specialists to the state from Asia to teach them for free. As a beneficiary of this initiative, he was able to learn all the things he knew. And we too learned and gained a lot from him. The governor of Anambra state at that time was Peter Obi! Peter Obi might not know this but he gave a boy life and by extension indirectly trained more people and put food on their tables. This is one of the many reasons why I will continue to respect that fellow. We must all learn to add values to our lives at all times because we are valued by the level of information we possess. Everyone has tried to put out that gas fire in the past 3 weeks, no way. What I am saying is that Nigeria needs a good manager of resources who can harness our abundant resources, save the money we make from it and then use the inflows to create infrastructure that will create an enabling business environment which will employ all our teeming youths and create the prosperity we so desperately want. Peter Obi is very qualified to do this as president of Nigeria. We must vote for Peter Obi in Labour party if we want the best honour people, and our unborn generations.

Nigerians are poised, the speed with which people are fighting to grab a piece of PVC is surprising, as if they are paying 1 million naira per PVC ![]() New voters, people who has never voted before all got interested to register, what is the attraction? A new candidate has appeared on the election ballot and he's the person all Nigerians has been waiting for. Market women, students, labourers, farmers, bus conductors, fishermen and even herdsmen are fighting to grab their PVC to vote for Mr. Peter Obi. God bless Nigeria.

.Choose you today who to vote, as for me and my entire countrymen and women and youths and children and oldies, we will vote Peter Obi at the Labour party.

Whenever I read these kinds of hasty analysis, i laugh ![]() So many people are so off point that its amusing. Anyway Let's wait till the election for so many to become shocked. |
Golan007:I have never accused him of anything. |
Golan007:Chief Tinubu wasn't a state governor during Endsars. |
Thekaghan:There was no single Obidient person that attacked Peter Obi. The police structure is firmly under the federal government. Peter Obi had no say in what happens at SARS. |
His Excellency, Kwankwaso understands that Nigeria needs to be saved, I know he will help this country to return to its former glory. |
Capslock01:I didn't say that, I was saying that Lagos and Anambra allocations are not the same, same as their budgets. |
. |
Throwback:Lagos population. Many people flocked the city as a former federal capital. |
If with all the huge Lagos budget, allocations, taxes, foreign companies presence, former Federal capital status and wharf and international airport facilities you're still comparing with Anambra, then Peter Obi was a real genius. |
Yeah, so you can all say he went to rig elections for his candidate of Labour party? No, thanks. Peter Obi should be mindful of these early days where his fellow contestants are in town, they could just bash his car and accuse him of trying to kill the other candidate in Same Ekiti. |
Since the history of Nigeria, we have never had any leader as compassionate as Peter Obi. This is the type of president that will fight with all his power to ensure the protection of the common man on every street across Nigeria. Peter Obi has always be populist focused never tried to please the elites. The common man should fight to ensure Peter Obi leads them, that is the only way they can enjoy government goodies. |

*PETER OBI IS NOT NORMAL* BY: Amb. Henry Foresyth Is not yet 2023 election there is already an uproar please Peter obi is not normal Do you know what it means to leave a political party that has a signature in the nation? He abandoned all political parties with foundations and went to join a small party that many of us are just hearing the name for the first time yet people are willing to follow him. The party has received massive membership and volunteers across the nation because of one man. Believe me *Peter obi is not normal*, fear that man. His spiritual backup is large. Fear a man who hasn't ascended the presidential seat and people are ready to die for him that man has won God's heart. He didn't contest or aspire for any other political position for almost 8 years he left the seat of the Anambra state government as a governor yet he is still relevant to date. Fear that man who single-handedly decides to create history by shocking the nation by resigning from a political party that people see as a backup. *That man is not normal.* For a nation to be crying and protesting for one man to be given the presidential seat help me tell someone that man has encountered the Trinity government that is far bigger than the earthly government. *Peter obi is not normal* Prophet T.b Joshua before he died said I am seeing a new Nigeria and that new Nigeria is a beautiful country and those that have spoilt Nigeria will not live to see that beautiful Nigeria. Apostle Johnson Suleman said I see an Igbo president in 2023 Prophet Isaiah's wealth gave a prophecy about a new Nigeria where a new president take over power and people were jubilating. The attention that Peter obi is commanding no matter how you try to rig the election Peter obi will win, fear that man, he is a government on his own. Peter obi is following prophetic instructions that many people don't know!!! That man is not moving carnally That man has encountered God. That man is not normal The way God is mapping the seat for him even witches and wizards including native doctors will vote for him. That man has won God's heart. Mr. Peter Obi is a movement. #PeterObi2023 #TakeBackNigeria #NewNigeriaVoice #ForumForChange #getyourpvc #MyPeterObi
