Paystack:
Naira is falling na Obi still the Una head

Common logic will tell you the currency is failing because CBN have stopped defending the Naira
CBN has stopped?, Lol. what was the fixed rate before they stopped and what is the rate after they stopped?. And then, can naira fall within a week after "defending" it the previous week?

Beautifulday:
.

Defending the naira is not a bad thing. Naira is our money. We should defend it. I don't know why they stopped.

I need the rate down abeg
They weren't defending in the first place, if they were, naira must have had fixed rate, there's no fixed rate set by CBN for the naira.

The moment Bloomberg carried the story, Patch patch CBN gov quickly stopped and now the USD is rallying against the Naira...
Show me the breakdown from Bloomberg. BusinessDay,Cable did their investigation perfectly, not an ipob/obidient writer writing for Bloomberg from a foreign country, he was talking from his ass.

They kept defending and defending till they so twas a futile effort.

Tinubu is clueless. He cbn Governor is even more clueless.

Only Obi can save Nigeria
Then why did the naira fall by 300naira in a week?, how possible when there's $32billion in the reserves?.
Obi's investment in hero beer has fallen to next to nothing, his UK NEXT was shut down by UK authorities due to fraud.
Politics › Re: Naira Falling- Obidients Nolonger Say CBN Is Defending Naira by PressMyButton(op): 1:01pm On Apr 26, 2024
If CBN is defending naira, how come it is falling now?. Is the foreign reserves exhausted?
Majority of Obidients need Education and deliverance from the demon of bitterness.

From 1100 back up to 1400, Obidients are jubilating once again, they are no longer saying CBN is defending the naira. Despite debunking their lies of CBN defending the naira when it was gaining.
Can we say Naira is falling when CBN is defending it?

You are so pained that you are lagging behind.
Lagos is the best ranking state and there are far more Igbos in Lagos than other Yoruba states.

More like Igbos are the ones helping Lagos . Otherwise na where Oyo, Ogun dey na im e go dey
I sometimes wonder if you guys realize the huge number of ibos in Oyo and Ogun states, many of those affected by the banning of street hawkers and roadside selling in Lagos, find their ways to other SW states. I am particular about the region as a whole not only Lagos state.

This is a very valid point. Just a few days ago they were here defend the Nwa boy system.
We see the boys in the streets selling everything from watches to Gala and everything else. They can't be in school at the same time.
That's why you hear them saying they don't need new schools in the SE because fewer kids are left in schools while majority migrate out of the region, even at that, many of those kids left in school choose to come to SW to continue their tertiary education.

And least out of school kids.
Make it make sense
Due to child migration, if you pack all the kids selling in traffic back to SE, SE will jump to number one.

Mumu.. Is the thread talking about child servants?.. illiteracy personified.. You're just validating the post with this your comment. Out of school adult like you
Why is the number of out-of-school children lesser in the SE?, it is majorly as a result of child migration from SE to other regions serving their masters and selling at roadsides, these number of kids are added to the numbers of out-of-school children in SW, SS and Northern regions.

Politics › Re: FULL LIST: Out-of-school Children Across States In Nigeria (ages 6–15) by PressMyButton: 9:28am On Apr 26, 2024
The number is not unexpected in the SE as majority of the kids have left the region serving as nwa boys and running after vehicles in traffick in SW and Northern regions.

Indeed common sense is uncommon. The intervention of Peter Obi was of great significance. I grew up in Onitsha and I have first hand information of Obi's intervention. I went to the prestigious Dennis Memorial Grammar School and I have friends from St Charles Old Boys Association, SCOBA and CKC Onitsha. Reports of Peter Obi's policies on education in Ado Girls, QRC, Inland Girls, Modebe, DMGS, etc... are second to none. Labs were refurbished. Dilapidated hostels, facelifted to new structures.
He gave the owners back their schools, Tinubu did it, Fashola did it, Aregbesola did it, Elrufai did it. What's special?. The churches funds their schools and pay their teachers by themselves. He gave donations, people give donations to schools. Obi could have built a public school and equip it to his own legacy.

The existing ones should be filled first.
My alma mater has the capacity of filling in more than 2.5k students cos it was started off as a polytechnic before govt changed mind and made it a secondary school
Till I left, 3 massive blocks were empty.
That land can contain more than 6k students and we still have plenty left. Staff quarters and lands for staff to farm are inside the school.
So tell me, why will my town want another school when the ones we have are yet to be filled?
Rest, you have no point.
You do not know better than the governors and his ministry of education crew.

Also, in some schools, blocks can easily be added if there is need for it.
That is how it is done in developed countries.
There are some public schools located inside tertiary institutions with massive spaces yet more schools are built to ensure accessibility in several other areas. Obiano built schools, OUK commissioned 20 pry and secondary schools today in Ohafia LG.

Obi gave Mission Schools millions of Naira, computers and renovated the buildings, and equipped science facilities.

You are not from the zone and know nothing about Peter Obi's regime yet the antagonistic prowess you are putting forth to discredit his efforts is regrettable, to say the least.
LG councilors do these in schools, LG chairmen do same. what makes it special?. The churches run their schools with church funds and donations, hired teachers and paid their staffs by themselves. Obi should have built a public school and equipped it, then we could be talking about legacy.

He don't need to build school
Anambra state do not need new schools.
For what and to what end?
If new schools are needed, then one philanthropist will build and hand that over to the govt. What anambra state needed is maintainance culture for existing schools snd that is what they are doing.
A professor is currently the governor of anambra state. Do you see him disturbing himself with all these?
There are more pressing things to do than building new school.

I noticed that people that talk about anambra more have never been to anambra state.

How much will building blocks of classrooms cost?
It's even cheaper than building duplexes in the villages which people build and abandon carelessly.

That debate was no existential and anambra people should stop engaging them. It's purely beneath them.

Coming from reno of all people.
This one is here lying to himself, as long as population is increasing, there'd always be a need for new schools.

You're a fat little illiterate, what's the links talking about that's difficult to understand?. The bishop commended Obi for handing over mission schools back to them, the bishop was happy they got back their properties. The missions had always been advocating the return of their schools to them for so long ago. Tinubu was the first Governor to return mission schools back to them. How is it your legacy when you return people's properties to them?. Do you guys know the meaning of legacy?

Most mission schools were renovated to conducive environment from sorry state of dilapidation and equipped with problem solving learning materials.
You're plain ignorant. All mission schools in the country were administered by the church before Government took over the schools, since then, those schools were run by each state government, so how were they dilapidated?. State governments handed back the schools to the owners to reduce government expenditures. so, how is this Obi's legacy?

He rebuilt and built new class room blocks on already established schools

Majority of those schools are older than kalu himself

What exactly don't you get?
The report says Sen Uzor Kalu commissioned many schools he built and fully furnished in the LG. According to the report, he only renovated 3 blocks of classrooms at Ebem pry school. He renovated only 3 blocks of classrooms in one pry school. Read the report again, if you can't comprehend, give it to a primary school kid to explain to you.
