Hathor5:
I get why you would eat fruit in the morning during the summer but not winter.
You must have had a great childhood. I know how boys love this kind of activities.

Muchas gracias.

Happy to know you understand about the Fruits thing

Yeah boys really love such activities .. I learnt how to use firearms from my dad first.

De nada

Hathor5:
Oven baked pasta.

I love bake pasta... This is Beautiful Amor

Hathor5:
The last thing I can eat in the morning is fruit. I can only eat fruit with oat flakes, if any in the morning.
I am not a breakfast person anyway. I prefer to brunch.

Fishing. Camping. Fruit. Fresh home-made food.

You live a healthy life.

By the time winter returns, Fruits might be after lunch or dinner

My Dad love camping and hunting, just keeping up with the family life style.

Breakfast is something I don't joke with.Even when I don't have that time to prepare anything before living the house, I always throw in some fruits in my bag and eat on my way out, reason i stock my house with enough fruits.

Breakfast this morning before going out for fishing.

Please, why do people add lime juice to their food while cooking especially while cooking beef, chicken? Have been seeing that on cooking videos have been watching? What effect or taste does it add to the food? Thanks..

Addition to what my Brother wrote up there.

Lime or lemon juice contains citric acid, which helps break down fats mostly.

I belong to the group that don't over cook beef, chicken and fish, adding lemon to it start the cooking process because of the acid.

●Lemon or lime break down protein carbohydrates, and fats.

●Lemons can also take the place of salt. Sometimes you can't apply raw salt to meals like vegetables, cooked food, so you add lemon.

●Lemon or lime in food make it digest quickly and open your stomach for more food to come in.

Be advice Lemon go well with cooked food not lime.

In summary.. Lemon or lime make food naked and ready to absorb any ingredients that go in.

Hope this help.

Hathor5:
