Okay thanks a lot.

Will I have to put these aluminum plates inside another pan of water before putting in the microwave to bake? Or just put them like that in the microwave?

Thanks a million.
Just put them like that in the microwave tray and bake.

Using baking method might be difficult if is your first time.

Thank you so much for this recipe.

Please when you want to bake, can you use those plastic takeaway plates with covers?
If yes, should the plate be covered or opened inside the oven?
Also, can I use a microwave oven?
You're welcome Dear.

You can use microwave oven, but you can't bake with those plastic takeaway plates.

Photo below. Aluminium or ceramic are good for baking.

Good, Local cuisine over international.

Had a lot of this with vegetable sauce and water growing up.
Thanks Boss.

Probably you grew up eating mostly local cuisine.

Prestonn that Okra soup sha! Did you intend eating it with rice? Abi was my eyes deceiving me
Hi Amor

Yeah... I always take my Okra soup with rice.. Very delicious, though we have different way of preparing it, different from the Nigeria method... Weird right? cheesy

Whenever I have any visitor from Nigeria, then I prepare it the way they gonna like it, and they don't like taking it with rice.

Will you give a try?

This is comfort food made good. I love this. One could easily binge on it, just keep eating till you see the end. I normally have mine with very soft bread. I kind of make a sandwich out of it. You've never had bread so crunchy, juicy and bursting with coconut flavour. This is really nice - five stars to you.
Thanks Boss
