Lunch: Stir fry spaghetti and Boiled Egg.

I observed not breaking the spag doesn't make it sticky/soggy. Going forward I pledge I won't be breaking my spag as advised by Prestonn ( Although this is not Dangote brand ó, before pocohantas thinks I've crossed to Team Dangote)
Nice one my Brother....I can spot the difference.

The village I come from, if you break your spaghetti, or put oil in boiling water before cooking your spaghetti, all dead Old women and men gonna wake up and say "Son what the fvck?" for real not joking cheesy

But if you prefer breaking your spaghetti, I have another special method for that cool

Buon appetito kiss

Hi akposy. Please I need recipe for coconut bread. I have lots of questions to ask and what I'm seeing on YouTube is not answering my questions. After grating the coconut what do I do next, should I fry the coconut and is it necessary to put yeast in baking the coconut bread?. Thank you as I await your response. Prestonn can you help out please.
I only know how to bake those strong European Bread.

My two method.

1.... After grating my coconut meat, I place it on a tray, sprinkle oil on it and bake using oven for few minutes before adding it to my dough.

2.... Heat up your pan, add little coconut oil and fry your coconut meat for some minutes before using.

I don't think your Bread gonna be soft without yeast... except you're using self rising flour and baking powder.

NOTE:
* I only use this method when baking my strong bread...Might be a different method from the ones's here in Africa.

@Akposy What do you think about the yeast?

Please what is spaghetti spoon or tongs. Also, what is a colander.... sorry for my many questions
1 Photo ~ Colander
2 photo ~ Tong
3 photo ~ Spaghetti spoon

Teespice:
colander is a metallic sieve mostly used for steaming foods. sometimes it can also be used as a sieve if you do not have the plastic one.

the spoon used for serving spaghetti is a serving spoon with tentacles (imagine a spider upside down) used for serving spaghetti.

pardon my description of the spoon. that's the only illustration that came to my head.
Thanks

Village Kitchen

@ Teespice @ BlueRayDick

How to cook Dangote spaghetti like a Pro. 101

Step 1.... Boil water using a large pot, please use enough water..To make sure pasta doesn’t stick.

Step 2... Salt your water and add your spaghetti into the boiling water, make sure you don't break it.

Step 3.. As the spaghetti start to cook, Stir it well using spaghetti spoon or tongs.

Step 4... Once is up to 4 minutes take out the spaghetti from the water and place it in a colander...Living the pot of spaghetti water on gass, make sure you reduce the heat.

Step 5... in the colander, add your extra virgin olive oil and stir.

While your Tomatoes or any sauce is on fire using nonstick pan....put in your spaghetti and take little hot water from the pot and add to it to continue the cooking process and add little extra virgin olive oil....Please make sure you dont stir using any spoon.. Just use your hand holding the pan and shake(like how you flip your pancake on pan) if you're not good at that, you can use chopped stick to turn. Not up to 3 minutes, turn off your gas.

NOTE:

* I prefer giving this recipe while in the kitchen with the person.

* Some folks do add oil to their boiling water, but that dont work... adding oil to water will make you start stirring continuously, because the oil always stay at the top of the water.

● Please don't come for me if you don't use Dangote spaghetti.. because he get as my body dey do me now, I nor too dey fine. Thanks for understanding. cheesy cheesy
