Every company reserves the right to gauge how much she should pay her staff, which is commensurate to how much she generates as revenue. Jarushub is not a charity organisation, then again, charity organisations will not spend more than they generate.

Businesses reserve the right to pay their staff what they believe is the best and appropriate in commensurate to how much she generates. Applicants on the other hand have the prerogative to apply for such positions.

Look here, quit your epistle and fictitious explanations, you cannot claim to be best and be overly malnourished in regards staff welfare, the best companies in the world pay good or above average because they make good money, and they make money because customers know they are best and hence patronize them accordingly, the firm you are praise-singing for, what's their excuse? No one who is competent in doing all these duties would take 15k a month while working full time in Lagos. I expect Jarus as always come here to talk about how the position opens the candidate to how to get other high paying jobs and what not, are you employing someone to handle your administrative tasks or someone you are tutoring on getting better jobs?

Don't mind all those people who reason like kids here, they think competent companies would be recruiting using phone numbers, as if its phone numbers that determines the competence of an employee.

If the offer for the JAIZ bank is for a confirmed staff role then go for it, and try to reschedule the Glo test if its possible, but if the bank role is for a contract position then maybe you can go for this Glo, this Glo role pays around 85k so compare it with the bank offer.

I know a girl in Lagos who got an invite with MTN line, and other test locations have not even been invited for test yet so why start shivering over nothing? Isn't it better to wait for all test locations to be invited for test before making hasty generalisations?

Funny set of people here, attaching not getting test invitations to not using Glo phone number, when someone already has said here how he didn't use a Glo number and yet got an invite, someone I contacted also got her invite for Lagos, and her phone numbers on her CV are both MTN. Of course if you are competent enough from your CV and you have MTN and Glo phone numbers on your CV, you expect Glo to send the invite to your MTN? Of course its normal they pick their network number to send the message. So what's the issue about that?

Also, I know other location invites would roll out in the coming days and weeks, so chill guys. For now I think its just Lagos, Abuja and Enugu they are handling. For those of you believing its a "use a Glo line and get an invite" thing you guys can continue daydreaming.

This vacancy has expired already according to the information about it, it was suppose to last for 7 days and the vacancy was dropped last week sunday.

No competent HR would recruit based on phone numbers because of some loyalty nonsense, the example you are giving about Coca cola freezer and Pepsi product has nothing to do with recruitment, recruitment is about COMPETENCE of the candidates and not loyalty, competence gets the job done and not loyalty, this is a recruitment and not a customer loyalty appreciation program. With your logic banks would only be picking candidates who have their bank accounts for final selection then.

In saner countries, job seekers sue and win companies for screening them out because of gender and here in Nigeria someone is justifying the crude perception of screening out of candidates for a flimsy point as phone numbers. Go and read more about HR please. In your mind you feel because you used a Glo number on your CV you are better placed, I laugh at your crude way of reasoning.

The same website that first of all displayed names of successful candidates and then removed it. I don't trust their website and glitches. Don't mind me, I'm speaking towards what is favouring me at the moment.

This is strange and funny, those who saw on the website they were selected haven't gotten any congratulatory text messages, and those who got congratulatory text messages didn't get the green light from online selection check.

It looks like Npower has taken out the pre-selection checking link on their website, implying only those who got messages are in for the next process, I'm making intelligent deductions here though.

Or maybe it could be that both those who saw their names on the website and those who got messages are in for the next process.

And Npower confirmed on Facebook that if you did not see your name on the website when the pre-selection checking link was up but still got a congratulatory text message then you have indeed being successful for the next stage. See attached photo.
