I took my girlfriend to KFC for lunch. I was working when she called that she was hungry. As loving as I could be, I drove to her office, picked her up and took her out for lunch.

I was at the counter placing the order when I saw a guy seated in front of my girlfriend, talking to her. I thought he was just asking a question but then the conversation got longer.

I saw my girlfriend pointing at me and the guy turned to look at me. He smiled and my girl also smiled. From there, I was at ease. When I finished placing the order and was going back, I saw the guy leaving my seat. He placed a complementary card on the table and left.

When I got there, I saw the card. My girl was laughing. She said, "Some guys can be very bold ooo. I was telling him I came here with my boyfriend but he didn't care. He even left a card. Who's going to call him?"

I looked at the card. It didn't state any position or workplace apart from a name and a contact and a quote behind that said, "Champions keep playing until they get it right."

I told her, "That's what they do. They go around calling anything in a skirt. They won't find a better job to do with their time."

My girlfriend took the card and also looked at it. She gave the card back to me and said, "You have a friend now. Keep it and call him when you're bored." I don't know why but I kept the card in my wallet. I still have it today.

A couple of months later, some things didn't make sense to me. My girl changed. She won't call and won't visit. Whatever I said got her angry. We were fighting over just anything at all, even statements I made as a joke. I couldn't help it so I told her, "If you think you're tired of the relationship, better say it and..."

"I'm tired!” She screamed. “I’m tired of your incessant complaints and insecurity. You drain my energy yet I don't see the head and tail of this relationship. I need a break!"

She got the break and later called for a breakup. Her reason was this, "I need space to think over my life and where I want to take it to."

Our two years relationship went down the drain without any tangible reason. I went to her place to collect my portable speaker only to see her locking her door. There was a Honda C-RV parked in front of the house. She told me she was going somewhere and would talk to me later. She got into the car and I watched who she was with. Just guess…

I was shocked. I was like, "How did it happen? She didn't even take the card so how was she able to..." I took my wallet and checked the card. It was still inside my wallet. "So how did she get the number to call him?

While I was there asking myself questions, their car was also moving away.

When a woman wants something, she'll get it. How she gets it is only a matter between her and the God she worships. The guy drives Honda C-RV while I use my Kia Morning for Uber. here are levels to this game but I wasn’t angry. A man can’t keep what doesn’t want to be kept. Obviously, she gave the guy a chance because she saw a better opportunity there than here.

I’m roaming around town doing my Uber business. Some day I might be rich. Or I might not be rich but no matter who I turn out in life, there would be someone for me. Love can be found at every level in life. You just have to be alive.

So this morning I left my house going out to MY place of hustle. Boarded one of those commercial bus, and off we go. On getting to my bus stop close to a bridge, I saw crowd looking at a sack of waste bin. the look on their face, you could tell something was wrong. I got out from the bus and went and view for myself, behold a dead baby (about 8 or 9 months) placed in the sack and no clothes, not cleaned, unblical cord dangling out. I would have snapped but the site rolled tears from my eyes and as such no need to bring out my phone to snap.

what could make a woman after carrying pregnancy for over six months, and still end up killing or dumping the baby in waste bin ?

secondly, even if that baby was dead on delivery, are dead babies supposed to be dumped in the waste bin like normal waste?

We all know the economy is hard on everyone, but its not a yardstick for a man/woman to have unprotected sex, resulting in pregnancy and at the end start looking for where to do abortion.


this act could have been done by young girl/lady who probably didn't know what to do or the person who impregnated her absconded.

Babies are gift from God if you can't take care of a baby, no need carrying a pregnancy. and even if you will carry the pregnancy, make arrangement with an orphanage home and keep the baby there.

So many women in their 30's and 40's are still looking for this gift, but they are yet to get it.

Church, Mosque, Traditionalists, and Institutions of learning should educate more on this. And most especially, parents train your girl child in the right way so that society will not be seeing things like this.

Men also hurt women like crazy, I have a relative that dated a guy who was so broke she was the one feeding him for years, she aborted 3 pregnancies for him because he wasn't ready, she lend him a huge sum of money to get a job, only for him to get the job and told her face blank, that he doesn't love her and was in love with a certain girl in his street.
This dude wasted years of my relative life and put her through shit only for him to become somebody and she is no longer a standard to him, las las he got married to that posh girl that he said he was in love in his street, this posh girl that didn't look at her when he was broke.
My relative was broken for years.
So that's how life is, no gender have a monopoly on wickedness, both men and women hurt each other, let's just pray we met the good ones
