Ah very lovely pieces, I want to learn how to sew with a sewing machine, but I don't have the time to. I bought a sewing machine, but I have not used it yet, it's just collecting dust in my room, hopefully, I'll be able to use it by the end of this year.

Bleaching, toning no be the same thing? Please stop sugar coating things, if you want to bleach, just say that you want to bleach and stop trying to make it seem like bleaching is different from toning.

I wear waist beads, but they are just fashion accessories to me, just like bracelets and anklets, and I also use it to watch my weight especially since I don't have have a scale right now. In some cultures, waist beads are worn to increase fertility, some young girls wear them to make their shapes to come out well, some wear it to ward off negative energy, some wear it as a sign of purity, only to be taken off after they lose their virginity. Some people believe that wearing waist beads increase sexual pleasure, while some just use it to control their weight just like I'm doing. Hope this helps.

I would not advice you to take pills to help yourself lose weight, a lifestyle change will be way better because after losing the weight and getting of the pills, you will gain all the weight back because you didn't change the eating pattern that made you gain weight and I'm sure that you don't want to lose weight and gain it all back. What you need is longterm weight loss and the best way is to eat healthy; cut down on all those white foods like rice, bread, garri, yam, potatoes etc and eat more protein foods like beans, chicken, fish, eggs, avocados etc. the white foods contain carbs that usually turn into fat which add inches to your waistline. Reduce your sugar and salt intake, eat more fruits and vegetables, when you're eating a salad, don't baptize it with salad cream, the cream usually contains more calories than the salad itself, so be careful about that. I'm not saying that you should stop eating rice, garri etc. just reduce your portion size. Make sure you don't exceed 1500 calories per day ( you can do some more research about that) if you want to lose weight fast.
You should also start working out, you don't have to visit a gym to exercise, you can do it at home.
If you don't like working out, maybe you should just dance, i'm sure everyone likes dancing. play your favorite song and dance yourself away
Just pretend like you're in a club and dance, after dancing for like 20 minutes you will be sweating bullets. You can start at 30 minutes per day and work your way to an hour. Since you're bigger, you will lose the weight faster ( up to one kg every 2 days) if you take my advice, goodluck on your journey.

Are you sexually active? have you had a child before? if you haven't, It's probably a yeast infection,and taking those OTC antibiotics probably made it worse. You should visit an obgyn for a Pap smear to find out what's actually wrong with you. Good luck
