I was in an office today and the building vibrated, I asked what happened and was told it does that everytime a heavy truck drives by.

Why should a building vibrate when heavy trucks move around it? Have you experience this before?

I have been in a building (a duplex) that the windows vibrate when a helicopter passes over. The building is also close to the airport.

Not sure it's the same but I can relate.

We involved professional cleaners who were contracted to do the job. So the chemical came from them. As part of their onion in the job they are doing, I didn't venture into knowing the product they use so I don't trespass into their boundaries.
