I was in a serious relationship with a lady for 3years. I was known by all her family members during the period we were going out. One thing lead to another (not cheating ) that made us broke up mutually. After the breakup I left the country for greener pastures. I was out of the country for five years and never visited. My ex got married within this period and I heard she recently had a kid. My family and her family had both family friends, so both family gist always flies around. They knew I haven't married and wasn't seriously dating as well. Am in a kind of what the new millennia called "suitationship". I was in the country recently and to my surprise I met my former girlfriend younger sister at one of the malls. We discussed generally about life, mutual friends and the situation of the country. I bought food and drinks for her and her friends and offer to drop them home if they are going my way. After chatting and talking we exchange phone contacts and I promised to keep in touch with her but i knew in mind i wasn't going to do that. less i forget, I never brought the topic of my Ex girlfriend up nor did i mentioned her name in any of our conversation. I purposely didn't bring it up for discussion and her sister did same thing as well. I guess we both had same believed of letting the past be in the past. After some days, I started received text messages from my former girlfriend sister, thanking me for what i did i.e. Paying for food and drinks. Then she went ahead to accused me of being heartless and callous saying I couldn't even asked of her sister during our conversation. I reply to the "thank you" part of the message and i shrugged off the rest. Since the first message she sent, I have received several messages from her saying "why didn't I mentioned her sister all through our conversation". To be honest with you guys, I have NOTHING against her sister (my EX) but i just don't see it as a big deal to talk about her or mentioned her name. I always wish her happiness in everything she do and I believed she is happy. My problem is how to handle the younger sister without embarrassing her and still keep the respect of both families. I have done everything within my power to stop her, I have blocked her contact several times. After blocking her phone number on my phone, she resulted to social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram, whatsapp) to send her messages. I am tired of her and I don't want to inform any third party or tell her sister (my Ex) about what her younger sister is doing. I am not even interested in what she has to say or knowing why she's behaving that way. Just because of the respect I had for her and My Ex new family. Please I need you guys to advice me on what to do!!!
