Pls Lawyers in the house I need your advice here.

Our Landlord and the wife have been fighting for whose account the tenancy fees should be paid into. We paid the initial money to the landlord and packed in, our first tenancy renewal was also paid to the landlord but now, the wife came up with an order that no tenant should pay into the landlord's account again, she warned us seriously that every payment should be made into her personal account which she sent to every tenant.

The landlord in the other hand is also threatening us not listen to his wife unless we want to pay double. One of the tenants that paid into the landlord's account has been asked to vacate his apartment by the Landlady.

Both the Landlord and his wife are claiming ownership of the house but some elders around told us that the house belongs to the Landlady. Right now we're confused on what to do. Pls I need matured contribution(s) thank you.

In this case, you divide the rent into equals. lol, am just trying to make common sense.

Topic - GRACE

Grace is the central theme of God's word. The Gospel is about the grace of God. The beauty of the kingdom of God is in his grace. When people loose grace,they loose COLOUR and DIGNITY. Grace simply means UNMERITED, UNEARNED FAVOUR. Grace is a gift of God that you and I do not deserve. It is simply a free gift from God. A man of God defined GRACE as GOD IN YOUR RACE OF LIFE. It is God in the race of your life that makes it great and colourful. Absence of Grace makes your day DULL and UNATTRACTIVE.

THE BLESSING OF GRACE
1. GRACE COMMANDS RESULT:
Ref.1Cor.15:10
Grace is the underlining force behind great result and exploits in life. When you see a
man commanding result,grace is at work. When you see a man struggling and toiling, grace of God is far from such a person. May God add grace to your efforts this month for result in Jesus Name.

2. GRACE IS A MAKER OF MEN:
Ref,1Cor.15:10
Paul is saying here,this is the sum total of my greatness-Grace. Grace of God is a MAKER any day,anytime. It is the grace of God that manufactures great destinies in the kingdom. When you carry grace upon your life, the spell of littleness is broken over your life. Jesus Christ Himself- the Grace personified started His journey in the manger- the worst place among sheep's and goats,but by the grace, He ended His journey-Name above all names,King of kings. Luke 2:52. I prophecy over your life, may the grace if God rest upon you breaking into pieces the spell of littleness in your life. You will end this year great by grace in Jesus Name. Anyone that has been ordained,boxed to die small,to struggle throughout life by the force of hell,by Grace,such spell is broken as you read this in Jesus Name.

3. GRACE CAN REWRITE YOUR DESTINY
The grace of God can repackage, rewrite your destiny.

*PAUL in 1 Tim.1:12-14 was s blasphemer, a persecutor but grace repackaged his destiny to become an Apostle.

*JABEZ in 1Chron.4:9 was sentenced to. lifetime of sorrow,struggle and hardship,but prayed and God's hand of grace came upon him and his destiny was repackaged. He ended his journey more honourable than his brethren. May you encounter grace via this message that will re-write your story in Jesus Name.

4.GRACE DESTROYS HARDSHIP

Ref.Luke 5:1-5

The grace of God can destroy the spirit of toiling,laboring hard without result. Peter said, "... we have toiled all the night" but nothing to show for it. That is laboring without result. But suddenly,Jesus himself the grace personified,entered Peter's business and toiling,laboring without result ceased. I decree by grace,toiling,struggling comes to an end in your life today in Jesus Name.

5. GRACE SUBDUES MOUNTAINS

Ref.Zech 4:6

That was the secret of Zerubabel. The great mountain facing him,confronting him was leveled by the shouting of grace. That challenge facing you now,that mountain confronting your business will bow this month. All you need is the grace of God. May the grace of God upon this commission come upon you to subdue that mountain this month in Jesus Name.

6. GRACE GIVES YOU SPEED IN LIFE

What is an uphill task for majority becomes easier for you because of the grace of God. What takes others many years to achieve,grace makes it easier for you. The life of ESAU and JACOB is a clear manifestation of grace. What took Esau hours to get only took Jacob a couple of minutes. Before Esau could present himself for a blessing, it was too late,a graced man had gotten the blessing. May God give you speed this month in Jesus name. May the grace of God come upon you to destroy the spirit of delay in Jesus Name. Your blessing will arrive speedily this time around in Jesus Name.

7. GRACE COMMAND RESOURCES

When the grace of God is upon you,you will live a life of provision,because grace attracts the blessing of God. When Jesus was born,grace began to move things in His direction.
Deut. 8;18- Grace of God HEALS,grace of God SAVES and DELIVERS and this grace also PROSPERS. Grace strengthens against weakness; it has the virtue called 'the healing virtue'. Grace lifts above oppression and promotes.

LET US PRAY

I command the sufficiency of God to fill every void in your life and break evey yoke in the name of Jesus Christ. You will fulfill your days on earth gracefully in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. I am expecting your testimony.

Maybe you've not seen 15years old 100level students. In my class in secondary school, one of my classmates graduated at 15. Any friend of mine also graduated at 15. So the possibility is very high.

A secondary school can not use only one block of classrooms.... in my school days we had one beautiful block of classrooms, that did not negate the fact that JSS 1 and 2 were literary sitting on the floor to receive lectures in a open roof class... for a whole term I sat on the windows... Public Schools admits a large number of students and most times the structure on ground is not adequate..

I hope with this the appropriate body in charge of education in Rivers will move and do something about it
