Dlordsamurai: People tends to push aside the fact that ghosts and spirits live amongs us, maybe its because they have not encounterd the supernatural. "Today was a market day in our town so this afternoon after church i accompanied a friend to the market. we got there and we both went to the shop where belts are sold, there is a woman there but i felt this strange and cold feeling withing me when my guy was bargaining on the price, brothers and sisters, the woman had two heads, though i knew right there that i was the only one that is seeing what im seeing based on past experiences, so i had to maintain my cool, i told the woman that we will return and excuse my friend, i told him what i saw and he was dumbfounded, today at the market i saw an old lady with three legs, i saw a guy walking backwards, it was not new to me though. I had to leave the market place for it was too much. "SO guys share your supernatural experice. cc lalasticlala and mynd44 Bros seems ur spiritual eyes are open. Wish say i dey like u |
Nairaland General › Re: Beggars In Nigeria Will Start Paying Tax – FG by Princeboca12(m): 1:18pm On Jul 15, 2017 |
DickDastardly2: The Nigerian government has stated that no one would be left out in the campaign to enlarge the tax revenue.
She said some beggars were earning millions and that “proceeds from begging are taxable. You are supposed to pay taxes even if your means of income is begging”.
Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun said this in Lagos at a lecture at PWC’s Business School, with the theme: ‘Voluntary Assets and Income Declaration Scheme (VAIDS) Interactive Session for Executives and Business Owners.’
She said to ascertain the income status of the companies/individuals and their lifestyle, investigators would rely on information derived from Bank Verification Number (BVN), records of property ownership, records of foreign exchange allocation, and records of company ownership from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), among others.
Adeosun said: “We are using some firms to trace assets internationally. The investigators’ findings will enable us to compare the income and how much tax the company/person is really paying, and that gives us lots of information.
“But we encourage people to come up and pay their taxes willingly. You can register a high-end car. It tells me something about your income.
“So, we look at your tax returns. If you registered Mercedes E-Class and you are paying N100,000 tax, then something is wrong. Those are red flags. We now have the capacity to assess people accurately.
“We are trying to build an economy where we have oil and other things. It is going to be oil plus and wider economy”.

http://dailypost.ng/2017/07/14/beggars-nigeria-will-start-paying-tax-fg/ You say beggars should pay tax right? Issokay.. Because they make millions daily with the accumulation of 5 naira notes. These same persons have no place to call a home, the govt dont give a Bleep abt how they feed. If you want them to pay their tax, give them comfort by providing accommodation and jobs. Empower these guys and they will happily pay their tax. |

StevensJojo: Please I really need your responses on this one. What church did attend as a child when growing up.How did it impact you?Would you want your child to grow up in that same environment or what would you like to change about the church? It has always been RCCG. I learnt how to become a better christain, learnt how to give to God like Abel did( truthfully, have never struggled to get Gods blessing be it Admission, finance and many more in accordance with malachi 3 vs 10 - 12), learnt how to love people like the way Jesus did, learnt humility and how important Holiness is in this christain race that am running. Truly RCCG has impacted my life positively but remember that even Jesus had a traitor amongst his disciples.. Thank you Jesus |

verygudbadguy: I attended MFM.. We prayed way too much for my understanding. But the church was really good. And they are not all about money. You rarely hear the pastor talking about tithe and offering the way you hear it in RCCG that I attend now.
I am also thrilled about the MFM's passion for musical instruments. They train interested kids on different instrument in their music school for free.

wite111: I am listening to father Mbaka's E no dey programme(held every Wednesday). He raised a serious alarm about Buhari. According to him, he secured a UK visa with his money and need Aso Rock people to direct him where Buhari is in London for him to pray for him. According to him, where he saw Buhari is very far.
He said medical care will not heal. He needs only prayer to be heal but Aso Rock people refused to show him where he is. He said the same thing happened during Jonathan's regime where he wanted to give him prophecy but Aso Rock people did not allow him speak to him. He was saying that not tomorrow now people will say Mbaka this Mbaka that. Remember sometimes ago he said he went to pray for Buhari but Aso Rock people did not allow him see him. When he was abt leaving, some people came out from Aso Rock and said Buhari is dead. E no dey programme is a programme where sickness you come with varnishes after adoration/Eucharistic adoration.

While we are still screaming at shows like ProjectFame, BigBrotherNaija, The Voice e.t.c RCCG came with the highest heart break, please tell me why these kids should continue to stress theirselves on Education, please tell me, when even a church is giving out the highest prize ever for a talent show rather than for Academic excellence, sigh... 4. Undergoes clandestine activities: another clue is that, he will start doing some secret things. You noticed is phone has a code, he makes secret calls at night etc.
5. He becomes more loving: a naive cheater is usually guilty when he has committed the act. Hence, you notice him more loving and caring than before; probably as a retribution/atonement for their adulterous act.

metroparrot: Nollywood actor Victor Eze is reportedly dead.
The veteran actor died after a brief illness, and this sad news comes just weeks after the demise of actress Moji Olaiya who died in Canada after giving birth. Recall that her body was recently brought home for burial.
It is unclear what ailed the veteran actor, but www.metronaija.com adds that his death has been confirmed by the former President of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Mr Segun Arinze.
Victor Eze was a highly respected stage actor and dancer. He was famous for his roles in numerous movies and dance productions, but most especially for his role as Alika in epic series, Fuji House of Commotion.
We wish his family fortitude to bear this grief. Meanwhile news of his passing is already causing a stir among the ranks of actors.

Romance › Re: American Woman Who Met Nigerian Man Online by Princeboca12(m): 11:48am On Jun 26, 2017 |
Redgal: Hi I'm an woman living in America. I met a Nigerian man online on a dating site. I don't usually do long distance relationship not even in the U.S. but I decided to exchange numbers with this man and we communicate mainly through What's App. I have been communicating with him for about 9 months now. He professed his love for me early. Which I was suspicious about but after talking to him for a while I believe he is probably genuine. He wants me to come over to Nigeria to visit him. He said it would be easy that way for me to come over to meet him and his family. Then when I go back it would be easy for him to get to the U.S. so he can be with me. He said he's not using me to get papers he genuinely loves me he says. I don't feel comfortable travelling to Nigeria by myself and having to rely on him for safety. I have asked him instead of me meeting him there maybe we could meet in a neutral country in Europe and a family member would go with me. He said its not easy to get a visiting visa to Europe. Is this true? He also says Nigeria is very corrupt and you have to pay a good amount of money to get Visa processed. Also he asked me to help him to get $2000 U.S. to pay the agent who will be working on him getting visa to U.S. I told him I might consider paying a part of that but he would have to come up with the rest. I wanted to test his sincerity. I'm asking anyone with good insight for their advice on this situation. Would you advise me to travel to Nigeria as a woman who doesn't know anyone except this man in that country? I'm a little apprehensive but at the same time I would like to meet him. Also do you think its wise for me to help him with the money for the visa? He said any money I lend him he will work hard to pay me back once he gets to the U.S.A. He said he recently lost his job and has little money. Babe go and download this song Yahoozee by OLu Maintain |

MadCow1: I don't know of any case where the Police posed with their suspect or brought out Shayo and were drinking and shooting in the Air outside Africa . In Russia they would have covered his head with a bag and bundled him away. In America they would have cuffed him and escorted him away then the Police will hold a proper press briefing.
Kate is right. The Nigerian Police is very unprofessional and it goes all the way to the top.
They had not even debriefed him after his capture and they were letting him grant press interview. Only in Nigeria do we allow a criminal grant a press interview whilst still in police custody. Even with the way they swamped the guy, if he had managed to free himself from that handcuff and grabbed their weapon, that would have been another story.
Even the Police for yonder wey dey nab high profile terror suspects no dey pose with them. The only time you see such is maybe with the Army during War like when they nabbed Saddam.
Abba Kyari oya thanks for finally doing your work after 5 years. Let's pray it does not take you another 5 years to catch your next target because at that rate criminals for Nigeria no go ever run dry.
The useless Man can't even take criticism.. That is why the guys matter has been the only good news from the Police in over a Month. Whilst he was posing with Evans, Ondo state government official was kidnapped and her bail is 50 million Naira. What do u know.. U keep runnning ur mouth. Browse on Pablo Escobar and Sadaam Hussein.
