I am not in the medical field but to the best of my knowledge I don't think there is.To me there is nothing wrong in being attracted to older women the heart wants what the heart wants.And concerning your shyness you can overcome it by talking to yourself or looking at yourself on the mirror and express yourself you can also ask a close friend to help you with it.It worked for me maybe it could work for you as well.
