omomayelakesi: hello all, a friend just got admission into a business school in Germany, he is planning to finance his study with a loan but the loan company said they would only pay directly to the school, how does he navigate the part where he has to present a block account for visa processing? There’s no way to navigate it, the loan company also need to fund the block account unless he or she is having a sponsor in Germany who can provide SL. |

Armstrong34: .....
I don't think so Sir...
These Vo's have superiors that monitors their work....the Vo might do the interview. Buh what about the processing.... Do you think the Vo's takes decisions by themselves over applications ...
Even before an application is okayed by the embassy and sent to the respective Ausländerbehörde... the Ogas in charge would sit and decide over the application checking if all criteria were met bfor sending to the Alien office Most thought VO re the ones who decides everything. People should just follow the instructions on the website...that’s the only way to avoid mess like this |

You have just explained why you are going for Bsc without mentioning that you didn't graduate He didn’t cast himself with his own mouth, the VO was sympathetic with him and told him the truth. janettee: This is ridiculous. Calling me a witch because I stated my opinion.
Each time someone says something obvious, you people resort to insult!!.
Grow up!.. Sis please forget about this guys..even if you fry egg for them they won’t listen...they learn better from their failure. The way they called you witch......someone even said 2021 is the end of my full life, just because one is helping them not to make costly mistakes Anyone who don’t know the difference between Cat A and B, still ask what’s BA and SL and can’t even book appointment on its own don’t deserve German students visa. Most people here don’t intend to study or won’t even make it at the Uni, but just want to use this means to escape the hardships in Nigeria Some Only have IQ of 20 but feel like they re Genius here and insult or curse people. Am Glad to see reasonable Nigerians students but ashamed of those who only sees it as a means to greener pastures. With all the foolishness here I think am in support of what the Embassy is doing and letting only the best to study here. in 2020 Some Nigerian Graduates still think prayers and miracles can correct wrongful doings...this shows the level of illiteracy and ignorance Some Nigerians re so desperate that they don’t know their left from their right and still they claim they re educated after cheating their way through school. ANYONE WHO BOOKED CAT A and did not qualify for it, deserves to be ban for at least 3years maybe other foolish ones will learn from that. |

Govkaybee: Hello Chief. Enrollment for summer semester in CAU Kiel ends on the 25th of March and I've mailed the school for an extension of enrollment but didn't get a response. My appointment date is 10th of March and I'm worried I might not meet up with enrollment. What would you advise in this situation? I think Naija2Germany answered ur question perfectly, if you have someone here they can call or visit the school on ur behalf.....uni have a lot of emails worldwide and it might take while to respond to yours. Call them or ask someone here to visit them it will make the process of you getting an extension faster. All the best |

I sent you an email. Please reply with your number. If your sponsor is making the transfer from a German bank account and he uses Echtzeit Überweisung it will take max. of 10sec for the money to be in ur account. |

Pattern is showing slowly, if you re summer applicant and you didn’t get AD by end of Feb...i think you should defer ur admission to winter semester, cancel ur appointment and book again with a later enrollment date. Just my thought...make nobody attack me |

teelaw4life: Some schools require testas for Masters. There's no restrictions on who can write the exam or for what purpose. It's sort of a standardized IQ test to see if the candidate possesses the capacity to cope with studies in Germany. Also, on the German embassy website, it states a score range of 100-130 on testas, OR a scholarship OR a 1st class or 2.1 obtained not earlier than 2017 etc.
It didn't say Testas score of 100-130 For those intending to study an undergraduate course. Alles klar Could you please tell me the school that requires TestAs for master studies...just curious....cuz in TestAs website it’s clearly stated it’s for applicant planning to take their first degree in Germany Cuz if I’m VO I would want to know why u took the test |

yusuftosin: If you have admission to RWTH Aachen. Netherlands is issuing Visa to RWTH students (as far as I know and know someone who got). I don't know about the possibility of being able to work in Germany with it though. I wish all of us a higher success this year. If you re the one with RWTH Aachen AL would you take that risk and why would Netherlands Embassy issue visa to someone who wants to study in Germany...... Maybe your guy is having other requirements, please confirm full details from him, before Nigerians go flood Netherlands Embassy...I know Watin them fit do |

Tipps!
For those applying for Masters, please before you write TestAs to qualify for Cat.A, first make enquiry from the Embassy if TestAs for masters students is accepted.
Just reading online that it’s an official standardized test for high school graduate.
Before unah go waste money and brain power |

GentleChief: Guys, the major question we have not asked here is,
HOW MANY PEOPLE GOT INTERVIEW INVITE FROM CATEGORY A?
HOW MANY PEOPLE GOT INTERVIEW INVITE FROM CATEGORY B?
Because the way am seeing this thing, it seems Germany have finally shut there door on legitimate Nigerian students especially those in category B. It just as if we are outcasts now.
Take for instance, last year I applied for a Visa interview date in February. I didn't get appointment date at all. By July, no interview date yet. I actually went through a very hopeless guy in Germany who was forming guru in embassy issues.
It was not until August that I decided to visit the embassy website by myself. Lo and Behold, I was meant to be in Category A. Because I have a first class! I quickly cancelled the previous application and applied under category A. In one week, I got an interview date for october!
But based on the changes implemented last year, I can't apply again because I graduated before 2017. From my experiences, I was able to deduce that the embassy does not really care about category B applicants. I may be wrong though. So I ask again,
IS THERE ANYBODY VIEWING THIS THREAD THAT GOT INTERVIEW DATE FROM CATEGORY B? At least from August last year? Or do you know somebody that did? Please answer as this will help dispel a lot of worries and concerns. When I said there might not be AD this summer semester especially for cat B, most people here said I was just been negative and even started praying just because they don’t want to hear the reality and believe too much on religion. All this delays re intentional and there’s nothing wrong at the Embassy or short of personnel as some said. The problem has to do with the Nigeria students and the Nigeria government. Hundred of Nigeria students leave to study in Germany but only few graduates, some got married just to have RP and some re still in 12th semester at the Uni. That’s why the Embassy is filtering the best Nigeria students and not just the once who can afford block account and has nothing upstairs |

Lordwelsh123: Please, will the TestAs result qualify a candidate for Masters to fall into Category A........
Or is the TestAs only for Undergraduate. Whats is the cost of the exam.. Help if u can. Thnks Yes it will, cuz embassy didn’t specify if it’s for undergraduates or master.. I have no idea about the cost but u can call Goethe Institute to find out. |
