Is there anyway one can get access to some of his documents from the Embassy without withdrawing ...

My alternative plan is to apply to a school which semester starts in September and the school is telling me to send my documents across

I understand doctor appointments take forever to book and its impossible to see doctors when you have cold cases which betray the point for having insurance but why would a secondary school graduate consider roots and charms as better alternatives to conventional tested drugs

when did u book? Booked Feb 20 still no date yet, my problem is would they still remember those that booked before April ist. The embassy can be really unpredictable.

Are German immigration Lawyers only used in appeal cases only...



What about a visa delay of almost 5months and the embassy keeps saying they are awaiting the feedback from the Alien Authority... Can one use immigration Lawyer in a case like this ..??

I will advice u to get informations from part 7, this thread is slowly going extinct, just input key words, u definitely will get information, or pm this guy goztino...he used SL and should be of great help.


In other news what of those that have already booked for cat A for winter, would the embassy give dates to them knowing fully well they booked before April ist caused most category A hasn't gotten dates for winter, or should they wait till April ist then cancel and rebook. Really confusing times. @princejck

Good evening all, I want to ask for those of us that had book since last year and still expecting AD for summer, is it not advisable for us to cancel the booking now and reapply against winter? It seems the probability if getting AD this summer is dramatically tending towards zero.

Need advice please.......

do u know if it's category B he Is, don't mislead people only category A are allowed to book now due to the purge by march 31st category B will be purged as seen on their website, if they wait and not get AD they might come for u, let's not say what we not really sure of, to avoid putting people in a mess. Category B should call the embassy to enquire if they can book now.

Yes ,you are right bro, I understand that, but the school told me that I don't need to start all over again, I just need to re upload my documents. I was given Summer admission,but I lost the admission due to Unavailability of AD.

Please I have a question to ask.....

We are upto 3 in this situation..

We had our visa appointment last year Btw October and November to be precise..

We intend studying at Clausthal University of Technology..

After two weeks.....the embassy sent me an email to send my€10,236 confirmation before so so so time..

After contacting them,they said our documents has been sent to the Alien office that they are awaiting feedback from them...

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury,from November till date....it's still the same thing we are been told that they are awaiting feedback from the Alien office..

Efforts to contact the Alien office since last year proved abortive as they keep saying emails and calls about visa application cannot be processed at the moment.

Efforts to appeal to the school to intervene proved futile as the school keep saying they cannot influence visa processing,that the immigration office do not give status of visa application to any 3rd party..

I want to ask.....can it be possible that the Alien Office refuse to respond back to the embassy concerning an applicant visa application

Tho the school keeps sending extension since the study program is attached to a compulsory intensive language course..

Buh as it stands I am contemplating withdrawing my application even tho the lady at the visa section who checked my application on her system keep saying there's no problem wrong with my application... That there have been updates on it and it's still been processed.....
I know those people can be sarcastic at times with what they say...imagine leaving €10,236 in a block account for over 4months..it's going to 20weeks after interview

Honestly, if you are applying to master's and writing testas then you probably have enough cash. Testas is for bachelor's, the fact the embassy didn't state it doesn't make it untrue unless someone here have gotten an appointment date and have attended an interview using testas as the only means of qualification for category A for masters student.

Well, I have booked for appointment since 17th of November, 2019 category B and no response yet.

What will be will be. Just make sure you are not placing all your eggs in one basket, you may be devastated.

Your submission is apt and can never be untrue. I've booked an appointment for CATEGORY B since January 7. Up till this moment I've not gotten any appointment yet. I checked through the German embassy's page in Accra, to my amazement, applicants choose the date and time they want due to availability.
I couldn't write German language test at B2 level without the initial knowledge of A1, A2, B1 so as to qualify me for CATEGORY A. I couldn't also write TestAS because it is meant for those seeking Bachelors. I feel like I'm stucked at the moment, but I know if it is from God, HE can always work miracles.

telling category B to cancel and book for winter now is a waste of time, in the embassy website that's if you've seen it, category B list are purged or probably reseted by march 31st sobe sure on how u are advising.

Please i need help. I am admitted into HTW Dresden for a masters in International Management. Classes start on 16th March, 2020. but i have till 15th April to resume at the school.
What do i need to do to get an appointment date

I have tried sending mail to student@lago.diplo.de sometime last week, but no response till date...tied sending another mail today but google keeps sending a failed response(see the error attached)

im getting frustrated as my agent made me fund my blocked account and spend money going to abuja for an appointment last week, only to be sent back to lagos.

wat do i do now, PLS HELPP....
