slayminder:I will give you three(3) things you can invest in with 2 million. 1. AGRICULTURE Option A: farm crowdy. Please note that it is spelt in one word. I only put the space because I don't know the disposition of the mod towards the investment program. Check out more info on Google. So how do you invest the N2 million to make good returns? Spread the N2 million across farm options available on the platform. Look out for the ROI before sponsoring a farm. You are guaranteed of your returns on investment. Option B: Spread your money across 3 small scale farming and agro-allied businesses that will be managed by a consultant over an agreed fee and period of time. The 3 agro-allied and farming businesses: - Cassava farming - Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Nut - Small scale fish farming. Production of fingerlings. Cassava Farming you invest about N600k. You will make a profit of about N350k minimum Palm Oil and PKN you invest N750k you will make a profit of over N600k by storing the palm oil. And make about N300k from the sale of PKN. Check my thread here : https://www.nairaland.com/3880126/business-opportunity-palm-oil-business#57800931 3. Fingerling production invest about N600k on it and you will earn returns in the range of N130-N150k Putting all this returns together gives you a good return on all your investment. Please note that these are estimates, when you are ready we can get down to biz and workout detailed figures. 2. TECH START-UP This is a bit difficult to explain in details here. Just to give you a brief, the idea is along-term investment plan in tech start-up companies. It will give you equity in at least 3 start-ups every year and good returns on your capital. I actually developed this plan for myself, but I can share with you if you are interested. If u show interest, I've seen your email on ur signature. Check mine on my signature as well and send me a mail. I will send you the document I prepared. 3. EXPORT COOPERATIVE There are export cooperatives you can join. Most of the cooperatives come together to finance an export contract, which most of the time is commodity export. I'm working on one currently. When it is opened for fill, I can let you know. Well I hope my above info helps you a bit. |

If you still doubt if there is good money in Palm oil supply business, I'll suggest you take a stroll on the Agric section on nairaland and see how people are making good regular income and making money. In fact people like Madam Peeo, Sir donparosky are already inspiring people to greatness in the business. So what is the opportunity I'm presenting? PROCESSING OF PALM FRUIT INTO PALM OIL AND OTHER PALM PRODUCT This opportunity is good for new entrants into the palm oil business as you are able to be in control of your supply and still get good money from the palm fruit value chain. It is also good for those who want to buy to store and sell later. HOW DOES IT WORK? Our Palm fruits are sourced from villages in the Ikale (Okitipupa and environs) area of Ondo State. The fruits are then transported to the oil mill and processed. Products from the processed fruit includes Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Nut (I need not tell you how readily available buyers are for these products). TIME FRAME FOR PROJECT? The time frame is usually between 2 - 3 weeks. That is, within this period of time you are able to source the palm fruit from the farm, transport it to the oil mill, get it processed and sell products to waiting customers. COST IMPLICATIONS AND QUANTITY A Toyota Dyna Transport load of Palm fruits currently sells for N100,000 as at the time of doing this write up. Transportation to the mill is N10,000 and production cost at the mill is N10,000. The processed one (1) Toyota Dyna full load of Palm fruits would yield fourteen (14) 25ltrs kegs of Palm oil and uncracked Palm Kernel Nuts as well. At the mill you are able to crack and sell your PKN at the current prevailing price per ton, which is over N100,000 as I write. Quick summary of Cost implication: Cost of buying one Dyna Load of Palm Fruits: N100k Cost of transportation to the mill: N10k Cost of production: N10k TOTAL: N120k Divide the 14 kegs and derive average cost per keg. WHAT IS NEXT? I am based in Akure, Ondo State. If you are interested, give me a call. Be ready to travel down. It will help you see things first hand. And for those who can't travel down, call me to make arrangements as well. PLEASE NOTE: I can ONLY accommodate a Maximum of 3 Toyota Dyna Truck load per 3 weeks time frame for now. With time we will be able to accommodate more people. The number to call is on my signature. Check below this post. |

Thanks to all who have made contact so far. It is my desire, that in the shortest possible time testimonies will be shared on this thread. Let me point out quickly: 1. Making a million comes with hard work. No kalo-kalo to it. I am only guiding you to show you what I did and what I did differently. Sharing it on this platform would have been nice, but this platform is so unruly in the way people drop or makes comment. I don't want to get discouraged. 2. There are different ways to grow wealth. People have grown wealth with Multi-level marketing from Forever Living, Avon, A I M Global and a host of others. It is not for everybody. There are different ways of growing wealth. And that is why I mentioned Market research, training, skill acquisition as part of tools to grow wealth. Knowledge is power, but the application of it is more powerful. Be wise!! Apply knowledge wisely!! Check my signature, send me a mail, let me share with you how I grew my wealth in 2017. |

“If you believe the doubts in your mind, you won’t achieve the dreams in your heart” …. Marinela Reka You have probably heard the expression “the first million is the hardest to earn”. Honestly, that statement is absolutely TRUE. The first million you earn is by far the hardest million to make. The first million for most people is earned starting from nothing, which makes it very difficult. But subsequent millions earned is built on the previously earned million. Most people have DOUBTS, FEARS, and overall LACK of BELIEF about earning money before they eventually do. But once you’ve achieved something unusual, the doubt, fear and worry disappears. If you are not from a rich background, earning or making your first million breaks a lot of psychological barriers that mentally hold people down in poverty. Your first million is a DIRECT route to financial success if used WISELY. MY TRUE STORY My JOURNEY to millions started in January 2017, and I can tell you, it has changed a lot of things about me. My friend had disturbed me from August 2016 through December 2016, telling me about a profitable investment package I should put my money into, but I didn’t give in. After losing a lot of money like most Nigerians in December to the crash of … ‘you all know’, I had to make hard and tough decisions. Early January 2017, I called my friend up, told him all I had was N50,000 (which was not enough to start at that time), he promised to loan me the balance, which he did, and today I can tell you I have not remained the same ever since. Earning this first million of the year 2017 broke all barriers. Business ideas I only thought of before became realizable and I could go into them. Barriers were broken, and I have earned subsequent millions between that time and now. I have even set a target to gross an income of N20 Million this year. Earning the first million is not easy, I won’t DECEIVE you. It requires lots of determination, perseverance and hard work. One thing I know is that, it is achievable. Another TRUTH is, your subsequent millions also requires you to take actions. Do market research, get trainings and invest in businesses that can seal your position in the millionaires circle. If you have a starting capital of about N50,000, I will be glad to share with you how you can also achieve this same success story of mine. Check my signature below for my email address and send me a mail with subject title: My first Million. Pls DO NOT drop your email add or phone numbers here on the thread. It is against the rules of this thread and Nairaland. Action Changes Things Looking forward to a wealthier you and me. |

There are online investments you can look into. Unfortunately, nairaland won't allow posting the name here. Send me a mail. I give you the best that I think is good, make your research then make up your mind. It is better than fixing the money. ishowpepe: |
For online business, drop me a mail. The mods will ban me if I dare mention it here. If you join a good team, it will give you N3 million ROI in 2-3 months. For offline business, you can consider palm kernel nut supplies. You can start small. PM me for guidance. |
Pluto16:Normally I won't comment on a topic like this, but I sense a bit of sincerity in ur write up and that's why I would give u my piece of advice. 1. There is nothing wrong in a younger man falling in love with a lady older than he is. Slight gap in age difference is considerable, but in cases where huge gap like 15 - 20 years is found, societies such as ours tend to frown at it. But, nevertheless, if it's genuine love what can we do but accept. 2. For a younger guy to date a girl older than him, certain things would make it work well. You must be well matured in ur way of reasoning and way of life. You are financially independent. You are ready to settle down, as in get married. One would think that at 22 years old, are you ready to settle down? If not ditch d idea and move along. A single elderly girl can't be seen fooling around with a younger guy unless she herself has no plans of settling down. 3. There are lots of pple I know in this country that the wives are older than the husband. And they are doing very well. One of such is Dare art Alade and his wife. So it is possible to date and marry an elderly lady and be happy in the relationship. On a closing note, do not be in a rush to ask her out. Be a very good friend to her first. Sometimes you can be carried away and be in lust rather than being in love. Take ur time. And eventually when it's time to ask her out you both will know it's d right step of direction to take. |
The issue is not where he resides. He can as well live in the moon for all I care . Please let's be realistic sometimes. James Faleke currently seats as a Federal Lawmaker, an elective position, representing a Federal Constituency in Lagos State. He could have contested for a Federal Constituency seat in Kogi at the 2015 polls, but he did not. Faleke should seat his Ass down and complete his term in the law house as a Lagos Federal Lawmaker. As far as I'm concerned, He didn't make inputs in the formative years of APC in Kogi State, hence the public outcry. Guy!! Where you no sow, u no fit come reap. Ko le werk. His case is different from Lai Mohammed, Rauf Aregbesola, Hon Bam. et al. Why? The positions they held were appointive. When it was time to go for elected positions Lai went to Kwara to contest for Governor, Rauf went to Osun. Hon Bam to Ekiti to contest for House of Reps..So pls, Biko Faleke park well. There are other Yoruba Kogi Sons and daughters who worked hard for the success of APC in Kogi State. Asiwaju- should bring them all together and chart a better way forward for Yoruba Kogites in the scheme of things in Kogi politics. deji15: omofunaab: |

Oxford dictionary definition for Recession : 1. A difficult time for the economy of a country. 2. The movement backwards of something from a previous position. I want to believe that the recession in Nigeria has affected some people's brain. As in, their brain is in recession. (their brain don shift backwards). Because, I can't imagine the arrant nonsense the Sport Minister of our beloved Nation has been spilling from his mouth in recent times in respect to different events in our sports. As in, kilode....? First it was the Olympic games, and now the Super falcons. That our Mediocre of a Minister can open his mouth to say "they didn't expect d Super Falcons to win d AWC, that is why their bonuses was not prepared" is nothing short of shame and a show of unpatriotism. And we have a President o!! In a sane society the Minister should have been sacked. But hey, isn't the government in brain recession as well!! |
