very possible... codecademy.com is a good way to start, how long and skill level all depends on you, but you must know some very basic aspects of the computer

well i think the sentences should be broken down to arrays of words, and the similarity of each index checked against the other, then number of words and number of letters in each sentence would be added to the mix

My fav pastime is Python but since I dont us python in my day job, I've been terribly rusty.
