Moving to US with or as a permanent residence already gave you a whole lot of right, power, qualifications, etc compare to moving there on a regular visa.

Though it's not our (Nigerian immigrants) style, but as a residence there are programs that can put you in a house, feed you, and pay your school fees 100% job or no job. Don't miss things up as in coming with greencard/citizen to coming here on a regular visiting visa.

Moving to US, Canada, and Australia (UK is not my thing) as a permanent residence is much much much better! Infact a million times better. I can understand if you're moving there on a regular visa then I might tell you that it won't be easy but going as a reseidence? Come on guys! You can't compare death (nigeria) to sleep (US, Canada, Australia).
And before you lecture me on any stupid business which is all I do and have been doing for over 15 years between Nigeria and US where I Live, don't forget the risk. I've done businesses here that would've rendered me broke/useless if it was in Nigeria and ended up smiling. I go to bed every night not caring if everything both at home and business location burn down tonight!
Then before you also lecture me about jobs and cleaning toilet and all that crap, remember the option is coming with/as a permanent resident. 20m naira? With exchange rate today, quality of life, education, health/hospital, etc, that's NO MONEY!

Bros, what's the actual processing time abeg? We both know it's not possible to finish processing C of O in 2 months in Lagos State. And when you say all document, what are the documents?
Survey is done, agreement/deed of assignments is also done.
I've been to Nigeria twice in a little less than 2 years for my first property's C of O and am thinking of using a different agent for the second one.

City first. Build a commercial property and use yearly rent to fund village project.
