Omexonomy: All such problem are exclusive to south west only.To some extent! But if you ever wake up one day and decide you want to process a C of O for even a land in your village, you'll find out that it's not a joke! I've done this same paper work for 3 properties here in US by my self without a lawyer and all came in the mail in less than a month!
