don't doubt it bro, it can't be a coincidence, I got the regret mail too and I'm 26. The age limit is under 26, it's obvious . In fact the 2nd questionnaire is d determining factor for qualification, age 20-25, NYSC yes, degree 2.1 minimum,

So if you personally know anyone who received an invitation, please ask them to forward it to you, then you help the rest of us with it. I submitted at their headquarters in lagos last year November and got got called for their test this January.

You can go to Ikeja high court it's close to Lagos state University teaching hospital or you can also get it from Ikoyi high court.
For the Npc attestation letter you can only get it at the Surulere office
