For those of us that passed effective communication and business writing test but have not gotten interview invite, the information below is what will be asked when we go for our interviews as shared by essencestore on another thread.

Its basically Documentation and a brief interview with Two HR staffs.
1)After submitting the requested documents, You will be given a form to fill (Employment form). So get three of your Referees' details before the day.
2)You will be given slips of diff random career questions. You have to choose one of the questions for presentation during the interview session. E.g mine was (My career goals and how I have achieved/how I intend to achieve them)
3) In the interview, the first question from them was "Can we know you please". Just summarize your CV.
4) And they will surely ask you how/why you applied to sterling bank and few other personal interview questions like "Do you know anyone working in sterling". Relative or Friend?
5)Then you will be told to present your chosen "Topic". Practise the topic you chose before you are called in. You will have around 10mins. Make sure your phone battery is full cos you ll need "google" for swift research. (That morning, I had a LowBattery,it was a minor setback for me).
6) Make sure you ask them questions when they ask "Do u have Any questions for us". If you don't have any "Just thank them for the Opportunity for them granting you an interview session"
7) Just be composed and confident. The screening interview was Two Candidates per interview session. So you might have a fellow applicant sitting with you in the interview room.
Thanks man, you just did a whole lot right now. Big Ups to you.

finishing the numerical test is highly improbable, but a good performance overall will definitely go a long way

for those that got invite for the business nd communications skills test. I think I can be of help for the questions cos I wrote d business nd comm skills too last month but was nt successful. you will be asked to write essays. also questions on memo too were asked. how to write a memo. I was also asked about cashless Lagos, how to be an employee. Also be familiar with how to use punctuation marks. also anoda ways of spelling words. that's all I can remember abt dat.
please bro how was the sequence like, was it after the essay, then a panel interview in which you were asked those questions you mentioned above, how many people were in the panel if it was so, and was there a group test or assessment.... thanks for your expected response

You guys dont know how relieved I am to know it wasnt just me who had issues. I mean the time was just extremely too fast almost like 30secs made one minute, before I could think a minute was gone, then even on some questions I settled to ansa without checkin time, there was no ansa. cant remember all, but there was this question on sometin about someone receives a salary 0f 750000, and spend an amount which if summed up is not up to 100,000, then now asked how long it will take for her to save 300000. it was just annoying. and worst part was u must pick an ansa if not u cant see the next question. Please government should find a way to warn all these employers. the fact Nigerian Youths are desperate lookin for jobs is already enuf, they shldnt start to add more suffering like inviting people to travel from far to write a test that they only need 1 person, that even they have used connection to employ already but just do the test to fulfil righteousness and perhaps to be on the government good side like a good employing private industry or start to play on our intels like making u wait desperately for a test and they you look at your screen and be like 'do these people think am dumb or something'... Anyways guys lets just stay positive... and I think i second the idea of it being time umemployed Nigerian especially youths shld also take a stand, so all these firms or wat eva shld stop playing with our psych, all because they feel we are desperate and dont have a choice or any say... Dont blame them sha, if not for our lame government. Mtcheeeew. Big Ups Peeps... We are Nigerians, We always Survive::::: Twitter: @wema_b.. will be sure to follow back
bro you are so right...This was my very first question and it left me speechless.......
