HMMM The same thing with me, am almost guilty of all but the only different is that i used to go to church early, Do you know i have to bookmark it. The reason why i left my former church was because i was ask to write a letter. May God forgive us and strengthen us. Today i almost not absent from the church because of my clothe. And u would not blame me much for that, due to the way people will look at you if you did not dress properly. I left home on Thursday morning, my work is 24hrs in and out only for my colleague to called me on phone that he was very sick and my church is very close to my office in v.i do you know i was relieved this morning, yet today is the day of our anivasery, it is not possible for me to go home and comes back again, so i just have to made up my mind and summoned courage to enter into the church. Yes they were all surprised but no one asked me any question why i dressed that way to church even on the anniversary day.

I have been renting accommodation since my university days. The very first property I rented....I signed a rental agreement with the agent who was acting on my landlord's behalf. Halfway through my tenancy, the landlord died...and his sons shared the property. Yet.....because I had signed a legal agreement....the son who inherited the building where I was living could not move me out....until my rent had expired (and he even came to offer me a new rental agreement....but at the time I had to move due to changed circumstances).

SInce then, I have been signing rental agreements. Even the brief time I spent outside Naija....I signed rental agreements. I am in the process of moving out of my rented flat to a new place....and I signed a prepared agreement yesterday.

Bros....no document. In fact, thank God your landlady no come call Agbero and police to come and violently evict you. Even if you go to court....na waste of time.

Next time....ask for signed agreement....prepped by a lawyer and /or legally recognized agent representing the landlord/landlady/owner of the rental. Even if you are renting from your BEST friend......do that thing...so that when wahala strikes....at least you get defence.

Hmmmm pls i also needs your advice. since two years ago when a man who stands a an agent parks out of my area. well this is what happen, our landlord is dead, now his house was given to his best friend who is living opposite us to manage since his 2 wives can not read or write. when i parked into that house it was this his friend i paid to, and i have been paying since then until two years ago when the man decided to park out though the house belong to him. now my landlady presurized me to continue to pay her since we dont know the man wereabout, which i consented and being paying since then without any written letter or a reciept. Hmm about the threaten aspect, i have done that several times, which she surcomes atimes, but to her now it has become a child play, and it doesn't move her any longer. Sometimes she will say go ahead and meet them, and sleeps off. She only cooperate with me only when she is in the mood. It was even was than this before until her pastor gave them a lecture on one Sunday about how to preserve their marriage. That was when she began to unclothe and expose her body infront of me, that's it of the lecture she received from her senior pastor. She attends mfm. Yet this method even escalate the whole thing. Because any man that see my wife nudness and did not moved by it, has a serious problem mentally and otherwise.

You talks about understanding, yes i do and she knows that. Naturally am a man that do not love s.ex just once and that's it for the whole night. Hmm thanks for reading. Am sorry to take your time. I have other things to share with you. I have been thinking of talking to my mother or our pastor where we wedded over this. But were no longer in that church again. So i have been trying to find any of her friend or younger sister to complain to.

Here is it. She loves her business very well and does not have my time during the day, and in the night it is either she told she is tired, she is feeling very sleepy, she is not in the mood, my younger sister is still awake or she will tell me haba sebi we just did it so so and so day, na food?
