Coach is playing lookman as a 10 in the midfield instead of wide, that's the fundamental problem. Coach should have put lukman on the wing (he literally is the best in that position in africa), put onyeka in the middle. If you notice iwobi is weak even on the wings that's why Openda has been attacking from there. They will attack that wing some more and may even score from there.

Exactly what I observed too, instead of lukman why not play Simon from the wing then bring in lukman second half bcoz the crosses are not coming at all, zaidu is just bullying the ball anyhow
