Many health workers relocated while still getting their full salary in Nigeria which they normally use to stabilise themselves abroad. I once heard of government hospital that had 20 Doctors on the list but just 7 on ground. Their colleagues, hospital and the patients will definitely see the impact.

It is better to resign and leave the system so that others can fill the spaces.
