if you get the below alert when submitting a name to SH and you know the name is not registered, then click on blue button at the bottom right corner of the screen to contact them and tell them the name of the domain ( they will ask for the domain name ) then they will correct it...

My brother, do you think its possible to backdate a registered domain? Don't forget, whois is not the only available Web to check and confirm if a domain has been registered. I understand you. I have been in your shoes before.

Next time, when you feel a name you submitted is not registered and SH says otherwise, chat their support immediately...E.g Kindly make estimate.com available for submission on your platform. Their response will further guide you on where to check. Don't, I repeat do not check such names on whois. Try and register it on dynadot.com, you will know if it's available or not.

Please I want to ask if you notice your names are getting many impressions and shortlists from prospective buyers, is there anything one can do to encourage people to go ahead to buy it? Maybe like reducing price or attaching discount or even changing to 'Make an offer'.

I tweaked a similar name that recently sold, and I feel the name is a good name, that's why they are telling me this.

This stuff has happened before on a name I submitted (EvoCart//king). After approving, told me there is a problem with it when I wanted to publish. Went to whois, saw that it wasn't registered. I checked a few weeks later and saw that the name had been registered, but backdated to 2012 or '11

As an advice, don't sell off. This dip is just for a while albeit not yet over. Just looking for any of your coins that the loss is not too steep on or one that you broke even on and sell half since your school needs are urgent. Next time, don't invest money that you may need sooner.

She got angry and opposed me (I have a thing for women who oppose actions, especially when they have reasons). I apologized and we got along....... Boom we started dating.

The next month, I got promoted to one of the managers, everyone was happy for me.
I have been a senior staff for like 8 months now and I must tell you that it has been a terrible experience.

My girlfriend is choking the hell out of me at work. She's very lukewarm in terms of carrying out her duties, when I confront her to do her work, she will tell me that I'm being too harsh on her. How can you litter your department like this and go home? she will tell me she's tired, I will have to assign someone else to do it, but it's her duty.

This keeps happening all the time, if I shout at her at work (when she gets on my nerves) she won't talk to me again for weeks and she won't greet me at work. If I ask her questions about sales, she won't reply me.

The most recent one was her and her colleagues misbehaving and I queried them, others replied my query, but she didn't. I wanted to let go, but one of the senior staff asked about her own reply to the query. I was forced to surcharge her N5,000 since she didn't reply, that means she's guilty.
After I served her the letter, she got angry and said "all the managers in this company are stupid" she said this to my face. Something she can't say to other managers.

Mehn! I was so furious and I was walking away when she threw her book at me, in front of other junior staff. OMG!...... I just walked away.
She's still keeping malice (her specialty) with me. I am not happy with her either.

I keep avoiding her so as not to get into more of what we are. But the work is suffering because of her dereliction.
Currently, I don't know how to tell her I don't want to be with her again, but I love her.

My advice
Never date at your place of work especially when you are bossing over her!

What you have not realized is apart from the fact that your relationship with her has given her room to be lazy, she's also jealous that you are her boss or that she didn't get promoted alongside you. According to your story, you were both employed at the same time. And you were promoted before her. That's another grouse that's fuelling her actions- jealousy

Until you either get demoted or sacked, that's when you'll realize that it was another problem, too. You'd have to confide in another manager or your boss to get her transferred to another department before you break up with her, after which you should avoid her.

Don't sack her or make them do so. You'd be depriving her of livelihood if you do that. She might even commit a crime of passion against you if you do so- murder.

The domain has most likely been registered by somebody else. same thing happened to me last month. Just check whois for the availability of the domain.
