Even if I don't care about anything Nigeria as at now, I can still say, they're having over 15 vessels on water, d last time I check, the navy were having NNS over 15 and they've acquired more..

It was the Air force section that was lacking equipments, but now they're being equipped yearly.. Just dat, I expect advanced equipments evn if not d latest, due to price, but near the modern ones..
You didn't mention the type of vessel, all vessels are not equal.

SultanOfAbia:
Bitter kola containss high amount of caffiene.
Caffiene is a stimulant that can releases sex hormone called Testosterone
Testosterone is responsible for high libido, and stamina and increase sexual arousal
Women produce little Testosterone so bitter kola acts as a precussor to activate more production of testosterone in women thereby increasing their libido.

She is using it to enhance her sexual enjoyment.. it's like taking Cocaine before a wrestling match.
Wrong analysis, the caffeine in kolanut doesn't boost dehydrotestosterone (dht), rather it increases endurance of any exercise that would allow you push your body to the limit that would then produce testosterone in minute quantity.

I get your point profambem. Python is the easiest programming language but not a walk in the park. Basic python yes but when you go documentation of the various tools and libraries(numpy, sklearn, pandas, then move to machine learning).you would agree that It takes constant practice and continuous development to be proficient and able to solve use cases.
It's not a walk in the park. Someone told me that Python na beans, I just laughed. After she watched the tutorials, she couldn't even write a line of code. I believe that with hardwork, intelligence and diligence, you can achieve this. Keras, Tensorflow framework, etc can all be learned and mastered if one is very serious about it. People approach programming as something that you can do for 2hrs a day and be good, but na lie, you must love it and dream about it.

I get your points clearly but it's either those who say they know MS Excel very well don't know it Or you haven't defined what is to be known in 2 - 4 Weeks.

No one can sufficiently know Excel to an advanced level in 4 Weeks. Perhaps most don't even know what it means to know Excel.
Python's great . it also has a plethora of Data Analytics applications. But it seems that people who study python tend to denigrate tools like Excel impliedly.
This is funny. Technically (For Data Analytics) there's Nothing that can be done with python that Cannot be Excel.
And I say technically because I assume we set aside such factors as speed and convenience aside. and just focus on results.
We are in the same boat, the Excel I referred to is just the simple basic stuff like sum, average etc, advanced excel would take way longer to master. On your resume, if you put Excel, the employer may think that you are referring to simple stuff, Python data science knowledge stands you out of the crowd. I have an 8hr Microsoft Excel tutorial and I can tell you that it's very similar to python for Data science in numerous ways.

2-4 weeks to master Python for data science and data visualisation using matplotlib? I raise nyash for you.
What and what do you need to learn in pandas that you can analyse data in 2-4 weeks?

Import pandas as pd
Import matplotlib as plt
Import bokeh as bk

df = pd.read_csv("education.csv" )
df

Then you advance further by learning python data structures and loops if need be.
Know your list slicing etc, people don't just wanna stress themselves, I challenge anyone to give it 2-4 weeks and not come out above average

Great post but python and its tools take atleast a year to be proficient.
No sir, the hardest part of programming is setting up your development environment. Install python and it's dependencies, install the modules you'll be using, master the Data structures and download a tutorial on what you want to learn. Watch this tutorial for a week and try to do things on your own. It's not so hard.

Of what use is this announcement? Quarantine them ASAP! What is your emergency response unit doing? Isn't that a daily routine for them? If they resist quarantine then involve the police.

From what I've read, you are ashamed of doing what puts food on your table. Many are looking for your type of job to no avail. Remember to keep that I'm a polytechnic graduate nonsense by the corner. What makes you think that you are better or wiser than those who didn't go to school? I'm presently running a PhD programme and that doesn't stop me from hustling in any form, shape or scope. Hustle hard o, forget about girls now and hustle, keep building your resume with interesting skills while at this job, start dropping your upgraded resume like a mad man to any company you see, who knows when your luck would shine?
Some graduates in their skill section would put Microsoft word, excel grin, typing skills, I would just laugh. What happened to I can analyse data using python data science module such as Pandas and then visualization through matplotlib and Bokeh. This wouldn't even take you up to 2-4weeks to master. Upgrade yourself daily, read, read and read.
Can you save some cash and aquire basic shoe making and Pam slippers production machines? Or even attach yourself with a mechanic to learn motor repair or generator repair (Mikano)?
Gracias!
