I'm currently processing my application for masters in HealthCare informatics at Middle Tennessee state university. (GRE/TOEFL WAIVED)

Quick background - I'm a 23 year old medical lab scientist(Bachelors degree) and data scientist (Dataquest and google certified). I am proficient in python, R, SQL, Excel, tableau etc with years of experience in the data world.

Its clear you are a brilliant force and I really need your guidance or tips on how to secure this admission, get quality references (heard it increases the chances of being admitted) etc

I love this reply! I used to be a staunch introvert too. It also affected my work life and business, as I could not convince prospects to patronize my business. Just like you, I hit quora with the question and got a lot of useful reply.
Just like athletics, you need to practice socializing. And also read books, that really helped me. I'd recommend you read "THE SUBTLE ART OF NOT GIVING A FVCK by MARK MANSON". That book changed my life. Cheers bro!

OP It's basically confidence to say whatever tha hell you want to say first and take reaction and work from there.
Introverted/shy girls are a sweet niche if you know how to get them talking (read gossiping). You need to know what they like and see if there's any overlap with soma ur interest. If none, just learn to listen and make them feel like they can talk to you.
Extroverted girls are kinda a mixed bag, you never really know what to expect. But at least, some/most of them like to talk already, just learn to listen and tease(this is a guy's superpower).
Summary, learn to listen, tease and say whatever jare life short. you'll be alright, don't reason it too much.. Ain't so deep

Heard Lekki peepz finished on Friday. One of the Ikeja group will finish next Monday and the other, the week after.

Maybe she's not comfortable with it just yet and this is may depend on how long y'all being dating.
On the issue of her not wanting to collect stuff from you, I think she's probably not comfortable/sure about you yet. Just so you don't come on here to start ranting about all the things you've done/given her.

Like I said, just have a serious talk with her and address her concern. Do stuff to make her comfortable, maybe go do stuff in public for a while.

Has anyone here heard back or heard of someone who has heard back regarding the finance analyst role?

For now from here only IT analysts have heard back and its for a skills test not interview. Wonder if they want to be done with the tests and procurements 2nd round before finance analysts interview, from this thread I remember the graduate engineers waited for a while after their tests when experienced interviews were going on.

Can't really recall but I think its like this:
Numerical 17mins - 20 questions
Verbal 17 mins - 20 questions
Abstract 17mins - 16 Questions
Verbal had 4 options (though I heard engineer test in Jan was 6 options) you will have to pick two right answers. Expo: Don't insinuate and never pick an option that's not in the passage even though it sounds right
Numerical was insane with big figures, some with decimal, and no calculator. Expo: Once u glance through it and its not making sense just skip to the next one. Most of the simpler ones are toward the end.
Abstract was super insane. Most of the patterns and symbols don't make sense. Expo: Try not to find a logical pattern to the symbols every time (like how they rotate). Sometimes it's as simple as counting the symbols. Like the 1st might be 3, 2nd 4, 3rd 5 and so on.
Caveat: use the expo at ur discretion o. Though I'm sure it will help
