If you have a GA or you will be receiving monthly deposit of not less than $200 I think, Bank of America checking account is the best for me, no charge, nothing. But if you wont be receiving monthly deposit in the account you plan to open, each month you dont receive a deposit you will be charged $25. In that case you can check wells fargo too but I have no ideal about there service. And mind you account in the US do enter negative and you will be charged $35 for each overdraft.

For the new guys, you dont need to wait till when you can afford a car to get a driving license. Its advisable to get your license as soon as possible so that, when you eventually get a car, your insurance bill is not neck cutting. In most cases, the older your license the lesser you pay for insurance. Mind you, some states wont give you a license unless you show prove of car insurance, in that case you can always get the restricted license which allows you to only drive rented cars, I believe that counts too when you eventually get a car and decide to change the reatricted license.Ultimately, Always ask questions from people around you who have gone through this stage you are , ignorance is not an excuse. I recently flew to LGA airport from Kansas City. I was actually coming to naija using JFK. NYC airporter bus Is your best bet to JFK. They move every 30 Mins. It costs $16. Takes u to all terminal in JFK. Comfortable and cool ride

20 mins in Newyork with all their traffic... almost impossible . ...also a taxi outside JFK is super expensive as it metered so in taffic the meter will just be running. Ny traffic u cannot predict either

There are those big buses that shuttle between both airports. It best to take the bus because 1. Its cheaper 2. Same price regardless of traffic 3. U know what u paying from begining.

There are several out there but dont know their names off heart.... i saw this on google and it $16 for one way . A taxi depending on traffic can almost be $80
. When booking your ticket leave enough time to go through POE because NY que at the airport you can never predict and also aim to get to LG airport ontime incase the bus service is delayed too.. good thing you have 9 hours . That enough time for any delay

a friend of mine was delayed today at lagos consulate (8:00) . He was asked why the US and he replied that he wants to go because where he is teaching is sponsoring him. Asked if married and he said yes. Asked if he have travelled before he said No. He has paid another fee and refilled d Ds-160. The problem he encounters is in d booking page, there is no available tab where he can click and schedule a date but when he registered as a new user tuesday date was available and when he tried booking, a reply came that his data matches d data in his other email used to open d previous one. Have anybody encourted this and what is d way forward?

He was delayed today, So he should wait maybe till tomorrow to schedule a new appointment..
