The financing of studies is one of the most difficult and important subjects that international students have to deal with. As early on as when you apply for a visa and a residence permit you must prove that you have enough financial means to finance your studies in Germany. At the moment the German authorities require proof that you have 8,040 Euro for one year of studies. Starting from autumn 2016 this figure will rise up to 8,820 Euro per academic year. This proof of financing is meant to ensure that international students can finance their studies themselves since they do not normally qualify for state help in Germany.
Even if you provide evidence of financing your financial worries are not yet over. In Germany, a budget of around 8,000 Euro per year will only allow you to lead a very modest lifestyle!
International students often have to go to work in order to finance their cost of living, but the amount of work they are allowed to do is restricted! Unfortunately financial difficulties are part of many international students' lives.

I sent 4 different doc through Nipost on the 27th of April and today, the 17th of May one of the schools mailed me that they've gotten my documents.

See? It took exactly 14 working days for your post to get to Germany.

Look at the picture below. If you uni assist said you don't have to send certified hard copy for rhinewal, fine no problem since you said you have confirmed it. But not sending signed confirmation print out is what im sceptical about. Back to that image, those two schools with VPD completed are the schools that the signed uniassist confirmation page were being submitted, while that of rhinewal with application incomplete are the ones the signed confirmation pages have not been sent to uniassist. I rest my case. Shalom

Actually boss i didn't send any signed document to uniassist for my application to Rhine waal - and they have already forwarded my data to them.

Please let's stop arguing with my chairman here. I understand his concerns, so future applicants take note and confirm from both the school and uniassist, a simple mail will do.

I have not sent any hard copy to uniassist before for applications to Rhine Waal University of applied Science specifically - not all schools. I sent hard copy application for other schools.
