Sorry, I don't recall our argument nor do I remember who you are undecided but it's nice that you remember me.

You say that I know nothing about the strength of a nation yet in the same breath conclude that Nigeria is a 'strong' nation because it's helped out some African nations? Pray tell, taking into account its supposed 'strength' as a nation, why has Nigeria failed to progress since its independence? Why is it still suffering from ridiculous levels of poverty, terrorism and illiteracy? Why is it that Nigeria is an oil producing state yet it still imports oil from more developed countries? Why is it that Nigeria sells electricity to countries like Ghana yet can't make sure that it's own citizens have 24/7 power? Why is it that a semi-illiterate former dictator who's never been to university and can barely speak English can become the democratically elected leader of a land filled to the brim with professionals, graduates and PhD holders? Why is it that Nigerians are doing wonderful things abroad yet can't replicate those achievements in their own country? If Nigeria really was a strong nation then these questions needn't be asked.

Why on earth would a South African or a Kenyan be jealous of Nigerians and Nigeria? You're the biggest country (figuratively speaking, not literally) in Africa yet you're riddled with terrorism, poverty and illiteracy. Both Kenya and South Africa have been making huge strides in the last 20 years yet you feel that they'd be jealous of a country that has barely improved since it 'received' its independence in 1960? I don't know where Nigerians get this arrogance from- you're not helping yourselves by having this attitude.
U always think backwards. I once had an argument with u. U know absolutely nothing about the strength of a nation.
If only i knew the roles Nigeria played in many African nations including SA, u wouldn't blab nonsense. I know u are a Biafra daughter, from our First argument. grin

Some will see a clean and cream chic whose body lotion alone is 20k-50k, her perfume is 50-100k, her hand bag is from 150 above, that is the kind of women they'll be going after when their salary range is 80k to 100k.

Some won't even bother finding out how the woman affords such lifestyle.

It could be a maga sponsoring them, then they will come to Nairaland and make dumb posts about how women love money and will only follow a man with money.

I blame the government for poor network. For allowing contract jobs in the Telecom industry. For allowing Indians and Chinese take our jobs to India. For being so corrupt that they take bribes from them when they don't have work permit.

MTN network is monitored from India. Imagine them telling field engineers how to resolve a Fault. If you know how Indians speak, you'll know what I mean.
Indians would kill MTN network, just like they did Celtel in the past.

All the same, shame on our government angry
Stop saying what u don't know. Most of MTNs sites are monitored from IHS head office in Victoria Island. They are having transmission problems.

Hmm.. They were all lodged in an hotel in festac (names witheld). The AC was actually not working on ground and i guess they couldn't fly because they couldn't fix it. They even wanted to fly like that though but it was resisted by the passengers. They left the airport to the hotel around 4am. They were sitted in a hot plane for over 4 hours.

Why are you worried? Even in China, Russia, Iran, ordinary folks wear military camo, what is so special about Nigerias military camo to warrant this kind of fear? Useless laws all over the place. The defiance exhibited by these men is heartening. . We obey foolish laws foolishly in this country. . This was how a law was made that required doctors to get written permit from police stations before treating petients with gunshot wounds. Innocent thousands died as a result. And when a doctor disobeyed in order to save a life, rather than stick with the doctor, you find hapless Nigerians blaming the same doctor for risking it to save a life.
