Thanks.

The feeling a displaced Ugandan Jew from across the river gets upon reading good news about Nigeria is like that of worms sprinkled with salt- acute pains as a result of plasmolysis.

Come ye forth oh jewish Bonobos!!

Come ye forth and wail before the throne of corruption!!

Ps:

I can't forget this neighbor of ours who once presided over the petition panel of Akwa Ibom state in Akpabio's second tenure. Couple of months after the case was dispensed of and dude returned back to town, he pulled down his old structure and rebuilt it into a CASTLE right in our neighborhood!! Word on the street was he pocketed 200 big ones!!

I have my personal reasons why I believe these men are fantastically corrupt- matter of fact, beyond whatever the media could possibly reveal to us.

Only iPods with a 25kb processor would believe this news.

Their desperate intent to drive a wedge between Tinubu and Buhari or Buhari and his vice have been meeting a brick wall so far as the people they are targeting seem not to pay even the least of attention to their baseline stupidity.

Such a pity to be among the dregs of earth. Thank God I'm not an iPod yuuf.

Politics › Re: How NJC Rejected DSS’ Request To Probe Judges by Progressive01(m): 1:52pm On Oct 11, 2016
The NJC also informed DSS that it was not amenable to “invitations being extended to judicial officers by departments and agencies of government for any reason”.
It's been so long since I felt the level of disgust I felt just now after reading these lines.

Modath, are you seeing what I'm seeinghuh
Politics › Re: How Nigerian National Judicial Council Shields Corrupt Judges-sahara Reporter by Progressive01(m): 7:48am On Oct 11, 2016
Such a pity and a shame honestly. These guys really consider themselves above the law. How could the NJC usurp the "prosecutoral" powers of the anti-criminal agencies as though it is solely their responsibility to punish errant members of the bar? This is mighty absurd and regrettable.

Sometimes, I'm inclined to believe we need no less than a military dictator to rid the system of the rot that seems to have found a permanent root and flourishing like rice in a marshland.
Politics › Re: There’s Hunger, Starvation In The Land, Northern Leaders Tell Buhari by Progressive01(m): 7:31am On Oct 11, 2016
Shettima said the current calls by some
Nigerians particularly the Igbo and other ethnic
nationalities in the country were purely the
handiwork of those who had lost inthe "chess of power politics" in the country.
Besides, Shettima argued that the greatest tragedy that befell the country was
the emergence of the Goodluck Jonathan
administration.
The Lost Camels of Isreal won't like this. cheesy
Politics › Re: There’s Hunger, Starvation In The Land, Northern Leaders Tell Buhari by Progressive01(m): 7:27am On Oct 11, 2016
The northern leaders, however, said that despite the current economic woes characterising the President Buhari’s administration, their votes for him (Buhari) in the 2015 presidential election were never wasted.

If Buhari or any other northerner presented
himself for Presidency in 2019, they said, they
would gladly vote for the individual.

I can see "les miserables" wailing profusely on this thread, still angered by the fact they lost the e-war over the detention of the judges and have taken to this thread to console themselves.

All iPod illiterates should understand this, we are in recession and a lot of negativities accompany such situation- hunger is one of them. So saying "there is hunger in the land" isn't something of a "criticism" under the current situation ye Bonobos.

Always find them falling over themselves spitting brown saliva all over the place when issues about Nigeria is on the plate, yet the say they want out- confused Bonobos. Wail endlessly about economy not doing well yet pay constantly it fails- madness I call it.

Here's how the brain of a typical wailer functions:

If the thief is a southerner, they go: Buhari is witch hunting only southerners. Are there no corrupt northerners?

If he's a northerner, they go: Buhari is witch hunting only northern christians!!

If he's a northern muslim, they go: Buhari is witch hunting only PDP members!!

If he's an APC member, they go: Buhari is witch hunting only those who criticise his government.

If he's a loyal fan, they would have nothing else to hold unto, so they simply go: Buhari is a dullard!! He should concentrate on the economy!!

What a pity.
Politics › Re: Buhari Moves Against Ex-Governors, To Recover N57.2bn From Serving Senators by Progressive01(m): 7:40am On Oct 10, 2016
Anyone who doesn't see the huge political sacrifice this man is making for the good of the generality of Nigerians is indeed a mistake of nature.

I mean, he could simply fold his hands and watch everyone do as they please, making no enemies for himself, thereby consolidating his political strength- but he's chosen to do otherwise, making such powerful enemies for himself- supreme court judges, ex ministers, ex governors, serving senators, name it.

These are people who have enough financial war chest to wage an endless battle both in court and beyond against the FG.

May God continue to bless Baba and give him the strength and endurance to see this lofty campaign to its end..

God bless Nigeria.

Just like saying the moneys discovered should be returned to the man who bribed the Supreme Court Judge.

This group is not serious at all, they should have called for the head of their Governor who bribed the Judge. If the moneys are returned, do they think it won't be relooted?

“By stopping the security agents from doing their work, what he did was to obstruct justice. He stopped those people from carrying out a legitimate order."

The stolen monies (in hard currencies) these guys have between them (ie politicians and judges) is enough to propel us out of recession with the speed of light if released into the economy and see the value of the dollar crash before our eyes.

Baba, chase them into every hole and cave they run into using any means necessary- screw all those screaming "rule of law". Where was the law when those who are meant to be the beacon of the sanctity of law themselves were the ones trashing it at every turn?

Stop hiding behind a finger in your bid at supporting corrupt persons.

If any past president had done a quarter of what PMB is doing at fighting corruption, perhaps Nigeria will have been better.

PMB is the only person with any chance of defeating the cancer of corruption in Nigeria.

And those of you finding one reason or the other to support those who pauperized you through corruption, you should keep quiet when things go south for you.

STATE OF EMERGENCY ON THE JUDICIARY BY NBA?
YES, I AGREE. BUT TOO LATE IN COMING.

THE STATE OF EMERGENCY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DECLARED WHEN:

* A JUDGE GRANTED PERPETUAL INJUNCTION ON EX-GOV. ODILI'S CORRUPTION CASE

* WHEN EX-GOV. LUCKY IGBINEDON RECEIVED A PAT ON THE BACK ON CONVICTION AND TOLD TO PAY BACK JUST N3m AS FINE. THE MONEY HE ALREADY HAD IN HIS CAR BOOTH

*WHEN THE PENSION MEGA THIEF RECEIVED A SCANDALOUS PADDY PADDY SENTENCE

*WHEN JUDGES RANDOMLY GRANT INTERLOCUTORY INJUNCTION ON CRIMINAL MATTER. ACCORDING TO THE ERUDITE RADICAL PROF. BIODUN JEYIFO, NIGERIA IS THE ONLY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD THAT THIS PRACTICE IS DONE. NOBODY HAS DISPUTED THIS.

*WHEN SOME LAWYERS PARTICULARLY SANs WOULD FLAGRANTLY ABUSE COURT PROCESS, FILE FRIVOLOUS APPLICATIONS TO DELAY, FRUSTRATE TO NO END CORRUPTION CASES INVOLVING HIGH PROFILE PUBLIC THIEVES

*WHEN SOME LAWYERS WOULD TELL THEIR RICH CLIENTS TO HIDE IN THEIR CARS, CONTINUE TO HIDE IN THE CREEKS/DESRRT/ABROAD, OR DELIBERATELY ABSENT FROM COURT. AND THE COUNSELS WOULD COME OUT WITHOUT SHAME TO TELL US THAT IT IS NOT THEIR JOB TO LOOK FOR HIDING SUSPECTS. YET THEY KNOW HOW TO COLLECT THEIR LEGAL FEE FROM THE HIDING GHOST SUSPECTS

LAWYER RASCALITY HAS NO OTHER MEANING. CONVENIENTLY FORGETTING THAT AS A LAWYER AND AS AN OFFICER IN THE TEMPLE OF JUSTICE, YOUR PRIMARY DUTY IS TO SEE THAT JUSTICE IS SERVED FAIRLY & SPEEDILY.

*THE NBA SHOULD HAVE DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY BEYOND RHETORICS WHEN CORRUPTION CASES INVOLVING HIGH PROFILE PUBLIC OFFICERS LAST FOREVER IN THE NATION'S COURTS

*WHEN IT IS NOW A COMMON PRACTICE BY MANY LAWYERS TO HIRE ARMED THUGS TO SECURE POSSESSION OF LANDED PROPERTY AFTER A HIGH COURT RULING IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE OTHER PARTY FROM APPEALING THE CASE.
THIS TERRIBLE SELF HELP PRACTICE HAS MADE MANY LAWYERS MORE POPULAR IN MOTOR PARKS WITH THE "TUALE" BOYS THAN EVEN IN NBA CIRCLE.

A NOBLE PROFESSION CANNOT JUST BE NOBLE BY NAME OR HEREDITARY. BUT BY CONSISTENT NOBLE CONDUCT, ENNOBLING ETHICS AND PRACTICE DISCIPLINE IN ORDER TO REGULARLY WEED OUT ROTTEN EGGS.

LAWYERS AND JUDGES WITHOUT SOCIAL CONSCIENCE ARE WORSE THAN ARMED ROBBERS

YES, THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD LAWYERS & JUDGES IN NIGERIA WHO WILL NEVER BE DESPERATE TO BE SUPER RICH BY ALL MEANS NECRDSARY INCLUDING SACRIFICING THE NOBILITY OF THE WELL RESPECTED PROFESSION.

IF YOUR HOUSE IS STINKING WITH LOADS OF DEBRIS AND YOU DO NOT SERIOUSLY BOTHER TO CLEAN IT, BLAME NOBODY BUT YOURSELF IF AND WHEN "WOLE WOLE" POUNCE ON YOU.

LAWYERS & JUDICIARY PLEASE HEAL THYSELF FIRST.

May God Bless Muhammadu Buhari!
