- Your target market (wealthy, middle-class, poor, religious folks, registered families in a particular hospital/clinic, etc). In Nigeria, it is very difficult to put the poor and the wealthy together in a room. The wealthy may not attend if it's free; the poor won't if they find it expensive.

- Is it a for-profit venture? How much are you willing to put in the project that would be good enough to attract the middle-class?

- We can go on and on, but overall, it is a great idea.

Aliko Dangote will make a very bad politician. You cannot run a country on the platter of a one-man integrity. Dangote is Dangote because he has over 100,000 efficient workers (direct & indirect); most of whom he can sack and discharge if they turn out to be unproductive.


A Dangote in the midst of quota system, federal character, unionism, ineffectual career politicians, senatorial and legislative burdens will turn out to be the worst thing Nigeria would ever witness.

Give us 37 Dangotes (1 in Aso rock, others in the 36 states), and we just might witness a turnaround.

The NPA is one agency that's full of complexities. Without a prior experience, she may spend the next 1-2 years mastering the tenets of the organization.

The government should, as a matter of urgency, provide a short-term aid, and engage them to become productive on the long-run. They cannot maintain the IDP status forever.
