Op none of them is better. If you are looking for a cheap country to study why not look at Germany. Russia is very bleeped up place and Philippines is a 4th world country if there's anything like that.

Philippines is cheaper, they speak English, and their standard of education is very high. It has a much better climate than Russia, less issues with racism, and it's more homely too.

I would like to correct false statement made about Jonathan lost election and the current Biafra agitation.
FACT 1
Biafra agitation never started after the Presidential elections, it has been there years ago.
FACT 2
Radio Biafra started broadcasting in late 2012 two years before election.
FACT 3
The current agitation for Biafra was fueled by this present FG in the following ways;
1. By NBC when they unknowingly advertise radio Biafra.
2. Trying to jam radio Biafra without success wish made the listeners have trust and increase their hope for Biafra.
With this fact I see no reasons someone will want to say that it is because Jonathan lost election,without remembering the roll buhuri played.

When ever I read someone calling Nigeria a great/largest economy I can't stop laughing. So far it is 80% dependent on oil and 80% of what it consume is been imported it is a very poor country. And there is one thing I will like to tell Nigerians and other black nations in the world so far Nigeria still exist we will remain slave the British because they created it.
